摘要: Rubber compositions for tire treads containing a rubber component containing at least 70 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene rubber whose styrene content is 20 to 60%; 5 to 150 parts by weight of a powdery inorganic compound represented by formula (I) and having a particle size from 0.01 to 10 &mgr;m: mM1•xSiOy•zH2O (I) in which M1 is at least one of Al, Mg, Ti, and Ca, or hydroxides or oxides thereof; and 5 to 170 parts by weight of carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific area of 80 to 280 m2/g and the total amount of the powdery inorganic compound and the carbon black is from 70 to 200 parts by weight. The amount of an extract obtained when extracting the rubber composition, after being vulcanized, with acetone and chloroform should be 30 to 270 parts by weight. Similar compositions containing silica are also disclosed.

摘要: An extruding mechanism for a tubular bag and a method of extruding the contents of a tubular bag are provided, by which a sealing material or the like is extruded and discharged from a tubular bag with an extruding gun for a cartridge container, and which reduces the amount of discarded waste, thereby serving as one solution to environmental problems. The extruding mechanism includes an extruding gun having a holding base, and a stationary holding plate disposed on a front end portion of the holding base. The holding plate is provided with a notched portion opened upward. An extruding rod is equipped at its leading end with a pressing plate. A cylindrical member having a cylinder body is set on the holding base and accommodates the tubular bag and is opened at both ends, and a piston body is inserted into the cylinder body. A head adapter includes a base plate and has an outer surface side located on an inner surface of the stationary holding plate, an inner surface side thereof with which the opening end portions of the cylinder body are brought into contact, and an opening portion. A nozzle body has a discharge hole at its leading end, the nozzle body being attached to the opening portion of the head adapter.

摘要: A pneumatic tire for a passenger car having a pair of bead portions, a toroidal carcass portion extending over both bead portions, at least two belt layers provided in a crown portion of the carcass, a tread portion positioned at an outer peripheral side of the belt layer, and side wall portions provided at the right and left sides of the tread portion, and which further includes a steel cord as a reinforcing material for reinforcing at least one layer of the carcass portion and the belt layer. The steel cord is formed by plying a plurality of filaments each having a strand diameter of 0.125 to 0.275 mm, and has an inflection point on an S—S curve. A reduction rate of a diameter of the steel cord under a load stress which is one third of breaking strength in comparison with a no load condition is equal to or more than 20%.

摘要: A differential current source circuit includes three P-channel MOSFETs and two N-channel MOSFETs. Each source of first and second P-channel MOSFETs is connected to a power supply, and a bias voltage is applied to each gate of the MOSFETs. A current path of the first N-channel MOSFET is connected between a drain of the first P-channel MOSFET and a ground. A current path of the third P-channel MOSFET is connected between a drain of the second P-channel MOSFET and a current output terminal. A gate of the third P-channel MOSFET is connected to the drain of the first P-channel MOSFET. One end of a current path of the second N-channel MOSFET is connected to a connecting point of the first P-channel and first N-channel MOSFETs, and the other end is connected to a connecting point of the second P-channel and third P-channel MOSFETs. A digital signal is applied to a gate of the second N-channel MOSFET.

A braking member (16) faces the brake rail (8) in such a manner as to be engageable therewith, and disengageable therefrom, and is moved to a contact position where it engages the brake rail (8), and a release position where it disengages from the brake rail (8) by an operation member (17), to accomplish the braking and unbraking of the transfer member (3).

摘要: A parallel analog-to-digital converter circuit comprises a plurality of level comparator circuits and a plurality of detectors. The level comparator circuits compare the level of one analog input signal with a plurality of reference levels. Any two or more level comparator circuits which receive consecutive reference levels from one set. Each of the detectors determines whether or not the output signals from the level comparator circuits of one set are in a specified state. According to the number of sets of level comparator circuits whose output signals are detected to be in the specified state, it is determined whether or not the analog-to-digital converter circuit functions correctly. the upper limit of the speed of analog-to-digital conversion can be determined according to this number of sets.

摘要: Disclosed is a complementary MOSFET logic circuit having a complementary MOS inverter with a pregiven ratio of the channel widths of a P channel MOSFET and an N channel MOSFET and pregiven threshold voltages of the FETs so as to have an input voltage characteristic adapted to an output voltage characteristic, and a buffer circuit which includes a bipolar transistor for receiving at the base thereof a signal from the output terminal of the complementary MOS inverter and an N channel MOSFET for receiving at the gate thereof an input signal applied to the complementary MOS inverter. The inverter and buffer are connected in series to one another between a high potential applying point and a low potential applying point, and a signal corresponding to a logic output signal of the complementary MOS inverter is produced at the output terminal thereof.
