    摘要: An electromagnetic drive type actuator comprises a movable plate having a flat surface, a support positioned around the movable plate, an elastic member connecting the movable plate with the support, wirings extending through the support, the movable plate, and the elastic member, and a magnetic field generator. The elastic member is elastically deformable and supports the movable plate so as to allow the movable plate to move in directions orthogonal to the flat surface of the movable plate. The wirings pass currents. The magnetic field generator generates a magnetic field in a space around the movable plate. The magnetic field has a direction parallel to the flat surface of the movable plate. The movable plate is moved in the directions orthogonal to the flat surface of the movable plate by a mutual effect between the currents flowing through the wirings and the magnetic field generated by magnetic field generator.

    摘要: In order to correctly hold a low-amplitude input signal even when the operating speed of a display element drive apparatus is high, a differential signal including a pair of CLKP1 and CLKN1 is input to a first comparator and a second comparator in a manner that provides opposite phases between respective output voltage signals. An output of the first comparator is frequency-divided by the first frequency dividing flip-flop, while an output of the second comparator is frequency-divided by the second frequency dividing flip-flop. A first data holding flip-flop holds an input data signal in synchronization with a signal output by a first frequency dividing flip-flop, while a second data holding flip-flop holds an input data signal in synchronization with a signal output by a second frequency dividing flip-flop.

    摘要: When a video input (image data) sequentially fetched from a monitor camera is to be stored in data storage means, frame rate calculating means calculates a frame rate for storage of the image data by using a picture recording time mode, a residual capacity of the data storage means, the presence of generation of an alarm signal and a value of a picture quality parameter for data compression. The frame rate calculating means thins a video signal which does not correspond to the frame rate so as not to be stored in the data storage means. Consequently, image data for a predetermined time are stored in the data storage means.
