摘要: An air cleaner system for motorcycles employing the hollow interior of a main frame member. A U-shaped cavity facing forwardly of the motorcycle in the fuel tank allows access to the air cleaner assembly positioned within the main frame member. An inlet opening is provided on the upper surface of the main frame member while outlet openings on the lower surface thereof extend to carburetors. The inlet opening of the main frame member is reinforced and a baffle is positioned between the air filter assembly and the intake passages to the carburetors.

摘要: A voltage detection device includes voltage detection sections that measure cell voltages in the blocks, a control section, and (N−1) or less converters that raise the voltage, which is supplied from a DC power source, to a voltage of a driving power source for the voltage detection section. In a case where a voltage detected by at least one voltage detection section among the voltage detection sections which operate by the power supplied from the respective converters, exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the control section controls at least one voltage detection section among the voltage detection sections to operate using the cell voltage of each of the blocks as a driving power source and acquires the cell voltage in each of the blocks.

摘要: A sensor (101) is configured such that a seal member (71) is provided in a deformed manner through crimping of a portion of a tube (11) located toward a rear end (17c) of the tube (11). The seal member (71) is deformed such that a frontward-oriented surface (75), which is a bottom surface of a recess (74) formed in a front end (73) of the seal member (72), presses a rear end (45) of an insulation sheath (41) frontward. Consequently, a front end (21a) of a sensor element is pressed against a front end (12) of the tube (11) via the insulation sheath (41). By virtue of a pressing action induced by rubber-like elasticity, high sensor responsiveness is maintained over a long period of time.

摘要: A state monitoring unit monitors a state of an assembled battery in which a plurality of unit cells are connected in series. The state monitoring unit includes: a plurality of voltage monitoring devices provided in a high voltage side and a controller provided in a low voltage side electrically isolated with the high voltage side. The controller transmits a common voltage measurement command to the respective voltage monitoring devices connected via a communication channel in a daisy-chain scheme. The controller includes a storage for storing latency time determined based on a required time for each of the voltage monitoring devices elapsing from transmission of the common voltage measurement command with respect to the communication channel to voltage measurement of the unit cells, and measures charging/discharging current of the assembled battery when the latency time has elapsed from the transmission of the common voltage measurement command with respect to the communication channel.

摘要: The present invention provides a sensor capable of maintaining an electrical connection between the lead frame and an electrode terminal section of the detection element even when an inadequate external force is applied to a lead frame and a sensor production method capable of preventing the lead frame from buckling and being deformed into an inadequate shape. The lead frame (second lead frame) can inhibit movement of a second frame main body section axially toward a rear end side through engagement of a third locking surface of a second locking section with a second locking groove and can inhibit the second frame main body section from going apart from an inner surface of an insertion hole through engagement of a fourth locking surface of the second frame locking section, which faces an element engagement section side. Namely, even when an external force is applied to the lead frame, movement of the lead frame main body section (second lead frame main body section) can be inhibited and a variation in the relative positions of the lead frame and the detection element can be prevented.
