摘要: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a food composition, and a food additive for the prevention and treatment or improvement of muscle loss, muscle weakness, and muscle atrophy, which contain Enterococcus faecalis, particularly Enterococcus faecalis EF-2001 among others, a culture solution thereof, or a killed body thereof as an active ingredient. Killed Enterococcus faecalis EF-2001 of the present invention exhibits a remarkable treatment effect for muscle loss, muscle weakness, and muscle atrophy by inhibiting the damage to muscle cells induced by oxidative stress, and thus killed lactic acid bacterium Enterococcus faecalis EF-2001 of the present invention or a culture solution thereof can be usefully used as an active ingredient in a pharmaceutical composition, a food composition, and a food additive for prevention of muscle atrophy and sarcopenia.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide an emulsified food product composition having good fluidity and emulsification stability, even when subjected to heat sterilization treatment, with which gastro-esophageal reflux can be prevented by gelling upon entering the stomach. By adding a gelling agent for gelling in the acidic region, at least one emulsion stabilizer selected from the group consisting of gum arabic and gum ghatti, and a divalent metal salt to the emulsified food product composition comprising a lipid, it is possible to realize the property of gelling upon entering the stomach and obtain good fluidity and emulsification stability, even if a heat sterilization treatment is used.

摘要: The present invention provides anhydrous dicalcium phosphate particles which satisfies the conflicting requirements of the improvement of handling properties such as high flowability and a small bulk and the improvement of tableting properties at the same time during preparation and a method of producing the same.The method of producing anhydrous dicalcium phosphate by heating water suspensions of a phosphoric acid compound and a calcium compound at 50 to 100° C., comprises the step of: heating the phosphoric acid compound and the calcium compound, at 75° C. or higher in advance to carry out a neutralization reaction in the presence of an alkali to obtain agglomerated anhydrous dicalcium phosphate particles.
