摘要: Provided is a vehicle with a fuel cell unit, specifically, a vehicle with a configuration in which a fuel cell unit is arranged anterior to a dashboard as well as a toe board located below the dashboard, where the fuel cell unit is arranged to be prevented from colliding with the toe board upon occurrence of unforeseen impact on the fuel cell unit. The fuel cell unit includes at least a fuel cell group, a stack manifold provided on the fuel cell group on the vehicle rear side, and an air valve device fixed to the stack manifold. The stack manifold has a recess portion formed in a part thereof. The air valve device is fixed to the stack manifold with at least a part of the air valve device received within the recess portion.

摘要: A fuel cell system for a vehicle for preventing intrusion of water in a relief valve without providing a casing or a waterproof sheet for the relief valve is provided. The fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell stack placed in a front room of a vehicle, a power control unit to perform output control of the fuel cell stack, a hydrogen supply path for supplying hydrogen gas to the fuel cell stack, and the relief valve provided in half way of the hydrogen supply path. The relief valve is placed above the fuel cell stack in the front room and includes an exhaust port. The exhaust port is placed facing an upper surface of a casing of the power control unit with a clearance such that the hydrogen gas is ejected downward through the exhaust port in the direction of gravity.

The connecting portion includes a partitioning portion 50 which is fixed to the first side face at a fixing portion and which extends from the fixing portion toward the second side face, the partitioning portion being located at a position separate from an upper surface and a lower surface of the high-voltage unit casing in an inner surface of the first side face. Spaces for placing at least one device included in the plurality of devices are formed on both upper and lower sides, respectively, of the partitioning portion.

摘要: A fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell module accommodated in a fuel cell accommodation space disposed in a front portion of the vehicle, a hydrogen circulation flow path configured to recirculate anode off-gas that is discharged from a fuel cell constituting the fuel cell module to the fuel cell, and a hydrogen pump provided in the hydrogen circulation flow path and fixed to a lower portion of the fuel cell module. The hydrogen pump is fixed to the fuel cell module via a bracket and the deformation strength of the bracket is set to be lower than a load input from a wall portion behind the fuel cell accommodation space at the time of collision of the vehicle.

摘要: A saddle-ride type vehicle includes an air-cooled fuel cell unit that is mounted on a body frame behind a head pipe and in front of a pivot frame and uses taken-in outside air for supplying oxygen and cooling a unit. The fuel cell unit includes an outside air intake open forward below the head pipe and an exhaust port open rearward above a pivot. A seat frame has a monocoque structure also having a configuration of an exhaust duct for guiding exhaust gas from the fuel cell unit to a back of an occupant's seat. Accordingly, in the saddle-ride type vehicle, it is possible to realize more efficient ventilation in utilizing a fuel cell.

摘要: A fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell stack, a fuel tank, a body-side mounting portion, a main fuel pipe, a securing mechanism, and an elastic pipe. The fuel cell stack is disposed in a front section of the fuel cell vehicle. The fuel tank is disposed in a rear section of the fuel cell vehicle. The main fuel pipe connects the fuel tank and the body-side mounting portion. The elastic pipe is connected to the fuel cell stack at a first end of the elastic pipe and connected, via the securing mechanism, to the body-side mounting portion at a second end of the elastic pipe opposite to the first end such that the second end of the elastic pipe is disengaged from the body-side mounting portion when a load larger than a predetermined threshold load is applied to the securing mechanism.
