摘要: A water treatment system is provided. The system includes a container holding a reactant liquid within the container. The system further includes an electrode capsule removably retained within the container and submerged in the reactant liquid. The electrode capsule operates to generate reactant gas by operating within the reactant liquid. The system includes a cap releasably coupled to an opening of the container. The cap includes a nozzle that allows flow of reactant gas out of the container to treat an amount of water. The use of the system operates to treat water for particular applications and controlling pH level range and/or alkalinity for each particular application.

摘要: The ozone spray wand is a portable aqueous ozone generator that is adaptable to fit onto garden hoses, backpack sprayers or any other water supply source. The wand uses electrolytic cells to make ozone on-demand. An operator simply pulls the trigger and a solenoid valve starts delivering ozonated water. Embodiments use a rechargeable battery that allows it to operate for 1 hour between recharge cycles. The wand is rated for 500 hours of use which delivers 15,000 gallons of ozonated water.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for preventing the blocking of the brew group, the filter holder or the coffee filter (8) in coffee machines when using fully softened water for the preparation of coffee. According to the invention, it is proposed to avoid the blocking of the machine by metering calcium and magnesium ions to the fully softened water. According to the invention this is achieved in that a device with a bag or reservoir (4) containing the calcium and magnesium ion containing solution, is positioned in a cartridge (3), which is arranged in the water tank of the coffee machine. The bag is in contact with the fully softened water via a capillary (5), which is closed with a check valve (6).

摘要: A dishwashing method in which water having an oxidizing and disinfecting action is provided in a dishwasher and used as dishwashing water or added to a dishwashing water, wherein, to provide the water, a) a stream of untreated water is fed into a reverse osmosis device and separated into a concentrate stream and a permeate stream, b) ozone is produced by an ozone generator, and c) the ozone is introduced into the permeate stream emerging from the reverse osmosis device, wherein the reverse osmosis controls ozone production in that the ozone generator is configured such that ozone is only produced and mixed with the permeate stream when the reverse osmosis device is in operation.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a matrix of raw materials, also referred to as a poly-grain grind matrix. In some embodiments, the matrix of raw materials may form an interlocking network of varied particle grind sizes that allows the particles to nest and interlock with one another when packed into an extraction vessel, so that most, but not all of the interstitial spacing within the matrix of raw materials is closed. Additionally, the varied particle sizes may be selected by pre-determined weight ranges and size classifications so that the particle grind sizes achieve the desired consistency uniformity. This may allow the network of particles to act as its own best filtering agent during the extraction process. Moreover, the nesting and interlocking network of the particles within the matrix of raw materials may allow the particles to be effectively packed within the extraction column, thus allowing for an efficient and high quality extraction to be performed consistently each and every time.

摘要: Various embodiments provide methods for removing a PFC by concentration and separation. In an exemplary method, a PFC in an aqueous solution or in a mixed water-organic solvent solution can be adsorbed onto a surface of a floc generated by electroflocculation, to form sludge. The sludge containing the PFC can be centrifuged to separate the PFC from the sludge and to form a concentrated PFC solution. Eelectroflocculation provides a simple process that is easy to operate. Reaction conditions are mild. Energy consumption is low. Treatment effect is desirable, stable, and reliable. Industrial application can be easy to implement. Further, the centrifugal separation technology used for the harmless treatment of the generated PFC-containing sludge is novel and does not need to use chemicals. Further, dewatering of the sludge is achieved at the same time during the harmless treatment. The needed equipment is simple and can be automatically operated.
