    摘要: A shower head having a plurality of nozzles, with the exterior finish of both the shower head housing and the nozzles being consistent. For example, both the shower head and the nozzles may have either a chrome or a brass exterior finish. The nozzles of the shower head of the present invention each include a nozzle insert positioned therein, with the nozzle insert having a flexible nozzle tip protruding from the nozzle. Each nozzle insert includes an passageway in fluid communication with the water inlet of the shower head whereby water introduced into the shower head is ejected from the shower head through the passageway in the nozzle insert. The flexibility of the nozzle tip provides a convenient mechanism for eliminating build-up of, e.g., calcium or other deposits by manually flexing the nozzle tip.

    摘要: A showerhead has a top adapted to be attached to a pipe and includes a face having multiple through hole. A flexible stud is mounted in each of the through holes in the face of the showerhead. Each of the studs has a diameter greater than that of the through hole in the showerhead. The stud is flexible and has an exterior annular groove defined to be mounted in the periphery of a through hole to hold the stud on the face of the showerhead. A longitudinal passage is defined through the stud and to allow water to discharge from the showerhead. The user can break up and flush out the impurities formed on the inner periphery of the passage by flipping the stud to keep the passage open because the stud is flexible.

The showerhead apparatus for radical-assisted deposition comprises a raw material gas spray means including a first buffer which is divided into upper and lower layers for uniformly distributing a gas introduced from a raw material gas injection tube, wherein a plurality of raw material gas spray holes for spraying the raw material gas distributed within the first buffer at a given flow rate is formed at a lower plate of the spray means; a plasma generating gas spray means including a second buffer for uniformly distributing a plasma generating gas between with the raw material gas spray means, wherein a plurality of plasma generating gas spray holes and through holes for spraying the plasma generating gas distributed within the second buffer are formed at a lower plate of the spray means, respectively; a guide means for communicating the raw material gas spray holes in the raw material gas spray means and the through holes in the plasma generating gas spray means and for inducing the raw material gas and the plasma generating gas so that they are not mixed; and a RF generating means mounted at one outside side of the raw material gas spray means, wherein a RF rod for applying an outside RF power is included at a lower plate of the RF generating means.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for flowing liquid metal through a casting nozzle includes an elongated bore having at least one entry port, at least one upper exit port, and at least one lower exit port. A baffle is positioned proximate to the upper exit port to divide the flow of liquid metal through the bore into at least one outer stream and a central stream, the outer stream flowing through the upper exit port and the central stream flowing past the baffle and toward the lower exit port. The baffle is adapted to allocate the proportion of liquid metal divided between the outer stream and the central stream so that the effective discharge angle of the outer stream exiting through the upper exit port varies based on the flow throughput of liquid metal through the casting nozzle.
