摘要: A transmission includes a main shaft having two or more main shaft clutches that couple gears to at least one countershaft, and an automated manual transmission coupled to the main shaft via the at least one countershaft. The automated manual transmission includes a front input shaft coupled directly to a main clutch and having a first clutch coupleable to the at least one countershaft, and a rear input shaft coupled to the front input shaft and having a second clutch coupleable to the at least one countershaft. The automated manual transmission is operable to selectively engage the first clutch and the second clutch.

摘要: An automated range-change transmission (CT) of a motor vehicle, has a main transmission (HG) with a lay-shaft design, which features a main shaft (WH) and at least one lay shaft (WVG1, WVG2), and a pre-shift group (GV) drivingly connected upstream on the main transmission (HG). An input shaft (WGE) of the range-change transmission (CT) is able to be coupled with an internal combustion engine (VM) of a drive unit of the motor vehicle. An output shaft (WGA) of the range-change transmission (CT) is coupled with an axle drive (AB) of the motor vehicle. An electric motor (EM) of the drive unit is able to be coupled at the pre-shift group (GV) through a planetary transmission (PG), whereas the electric motor (EM) is coupled to a first element of the planetary transmission (PG), a second element of the planetary transmission (PG) is coupled with an input shaft of the pre-shift group (GV), and a third element of the planetary transmission (PG) is coupled with an output shaft of the pre-shift group (GV).

摘要: A multi-mode electro-mechanical variable speed transmission capable of providing two power split operation modes and at least one fixed output-to-input speed ratio operation mode. The transmission includes an input shaft, an output system, at least one planetary gear set having at least a first, second and third co-axial rotatable components, two electric machines, and at least one torque transfer device. The first co-axial rotatable component couples to the first electric machine with a constant speed ratio; the second co-axial rotatable component couples to the output system with a constant speed ratio; and the third co-axial rotatable component couples to the input shaft with a constant speed ratio; the second electric machine selectively couples to two different co-axial rotatable components of the planetary gear set with two different speed ratios. The transmission is configured to unload the torque transfer device, adjust engine power, shift one of the electric machines to a freewheeling state, and actively synchronize the speed of the electric machines with the speed of one of the engagement positions of the torque transfer device.

摘要: An output shaft is arranged to be lateral and parallel to engine input shafts and a motor input shaft. An engine side gear mechanism for transmitting a power of the engine input shafts to the output shaft is provided. A motor side gear mechanism for transmitting a power of the motor input shaft to the output shaft is provided. An input side clutch engages and disengages the engine input shafts and the motor input shaft. When the input side clutch is engaged, the power transmission between a position where the engine side gear mechanism is arranged on the engine input shafts and a position where the motor side gear mechanism is arranged on the motor input shaft is invariably possible.

摘要: A transmission includes a housing, an input member connectable to an engine output member, a sleeve member, and a launch clutch assembly connected to the input member and to the sleeve member, wherein the launch clutch is selectively engageable to transmit torque from the input member to the sleeve member. A first countershaft is rotatably supported within the transmission housing. A second countershaft is rotatably supported within the transmission housing. A plurality of co-planar gear sets are connected to the input member, sleeve member, and the countershafts. A plurality of torque transmitting mechanisms are provided for coupling various components of the co-planar gear sets to the input member, sleeve member, and countershafts. The selective engagement of the launch clutch assembly and the torque transmitting mechanisms establishes at least one of five forward speed ratios and a reverse speed ratio.
