摘要: A battery cooling system may include a first cooling device including a first radiator and a first water pump connected through a first coolant line and circulating a coolant in the first coolant line to cool at least one electrical component and at least one motor; a second cooling device including a second radiator and a second water pump connected through a second coolant line and circulating the coolant in the second coolant line; a battery module mounted on a battery coolant line selectively connectable to the second coolant line through a valve; and a chiller mounted on the battery coolant line and through which the coolant passes, connected to a refrigerant line of an air conditioning device through a refrigerant connection line, and making the coolant which selectively flows exchange heat with a refrigerant supplied from the air conditioning device to control a temperature of the coolant.

摘要: An electric oil pump system integrated with a heat exchanger capable of reducing installation space and cost may include: an the electric oil pump including a motor and a pumping part operated by power of the motor to suck and send oil under pressurizing to an oil-used part; and a heat exchanger to exchange heat between the pressurized oil sent by the electric oil pump and coolant cooled at a radiator while the coolant and the pressurized oil pass through the heat exchanger. In particular, the heat exchanger is directly coupled to the electric oil pump and the oil-used part, respectively, and integrated with each other.

摘要: A powertrain for an electric vehicle includes: a motor that generates torque, a motor controller that controls the motor; a two-stage speed reducer connected to the motor and having a synchronizer movable to a neural position when the electric vehicle is parked; a pair of drive wheels connected to the two-stage speed reducer through a differential gear; a pair of electric parking brakes (EPBs) that locks or unlocks the pair of drive wheels, respectively, and a vehicle controller that controls the pair of EPBs. The synchronizer moves to the neutral position to prevent the torque of the motor from being delivered to the drive wheels.
