摘要: A method for manufacturing a bonded reinforcing textile filamentary element (48) comprising a core and a layer of strands is disclosed. The textile filamentary element in the natural state is assembled. A textile filamentary element in the natural state or pre-bonded textile filamentary element is obtained. The filamentary element in the natural state or pre-bonded filamentary element is coated with an external layer of at least one heat-crosslinkable adhesive composition. The filamentary element in the natural state or pre-bonded filamentary element that is coated with the external layer is thermally treated so as to crosslink the adhesive composition in order to obtain the bonded filamentary element (48). The steps of coating with and of thermally treating the external layer of the filamentary element in the natural state or pre-bonded filamentary element are carried out such that, for an elongation equal to 30% of the elongation at break of the filamentary element in the natural state, the tangent modulus of the bonded reinforcing textile filamentary element (48) is increased compared with the tangent modulus of the filamentary element in the natural state.

The method comprises the following successive operations: loading the reel onto the unwinder; positioning the end of the product wound on the réel; arranging the end of the product in such a way that it is laid on a dispenser of the unwinder; and transferring the reel from the preparation station to the green tire manufacturing machine.

摘要: A mixing and extrusion machine (10) for the manufacture of rubber mixtures includes a mixer with a converging conical twin-screw (12) with a fixed frame (14) that supports sleeves (16). Two screws (18), being mounted at an angle, are mounted in the mixer (12) in such a way as to move in translational movement between an opening (22) arranged upstream and an outlet (25) arranged downstream of the sleeves. The screws are mounted in the sleeves with removable doors including sliding shutters (40) installed relative to the outlet (25). The sliding shutters move linearly between a closed position, in which the sliding shutters prevent the mixer from discharging the mixture, and an open position, in which the sliding shutters prevent discharge of the mixture through the sides of two counter-rotating rollers (32) of a roller nose type system located just downstream of the outlet.
