    摘要： A method, apparatus, and kit are provided for non-invasively freezing a content of a pipe. The method comprises the steps of applying a substantially continuous seal over an outside surface of a pipe at a location where a content of the pipe is to be frozen, covering a surface area of the pipe with a cover sheet in such a way that the substantially continuous seal separates the cover sheet from the surface area to define a cavity between the surface area and the cover sheet, and introducing a cryogenic fluid into the cavity to draw heat away from a content of the pipe, through the surface area. A periphery of the cavity is defined by the substantially continuous seal. The method advantageously provides an apparatus for freezing the content of the pipe. A kit can be used to assemble the apparatus. Advantageously, the method, apparatus 80, and kit provide a non-invasive way of freezing the pipe's content. There is no need to penetrate the wall of the pipe to insert any complex structures or mechanisms. Nor do the method, apparatus, and kit require multiple complex devices, each of which accommodates different diameters of pipe. The method, apparatus, and kit advantageously can be used at locations along the pipe where there are external obstructions 30. They also can be used in such a way that the escape of cryogenic fluids into the atmosphere is minimized, if not eliminated.

    摘要： A golf club holder can be folded up to be carried in a golfer's pocket and can then be unfolded or extended so that its ground-piercing legs can be pushed into the ground. The golf club holder includes a clamp, having first and second clamping surfaces, at least one of which is movable relative to the other for clamping the golf club onto the golf club holder. The golf club holder is clamped onto the club and is then pushed into the ground simply by holding the grip of the club and pushing the club down until the head of the club rests on the ground. To remove the holder, the golfer simply pulls the club by its grip, pulling the holder out of the ground, and then removes the holder from the club. In this way, the golfer can keep a spare club handy without its grip getting wet and without having to bend down to pick up a club from the ground.

    摘要： A method of manufacturing a pallet made of a composite cellulose fiber reinforced polyethylene is disclosed. The composite polyethylene is produced through a process which blends preheated cellulose fibers with molten polyethylene. The blend of polyethylene and fibers is combined with ozone gas to form a polyethylene and fiber matrix. The polyethylene and fiber matrix is then fed to an extruder where it is further mixed, heated and then extruded through one of a series of dies to create the components of the pallet. The pallet has excellent rigidity and is welded together by coating meeting surfaces with a bonding material of blended high density polyethylene and iron oxide, placing the pallet into an electromagnetic field, and energizing the pallet with electromagnetic field having a frequency between 1 megahertz and 100 megahertz, causing the bonding material to melt and fuse the meeting surfaces.

    摘要： A new and improved smoker's utility apparatus includes a base assembly which has a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis. A plurality of wells are contained within the base assembly. The wells include first wells adapted to receive containers. The wells include second wells adapted to receive pipe tools, and the wells include a third well extending substantially an entire longitudinal dimension of the base assembly adapted to receive a plurality of loose items. A plurality of containers are adapted to be received into the first wells in the base assembly. A plurality of pipe tools are adapted to be received into the second wells in the base assembly. A rough-surfaced striking surface is supported by the base assembly for igniting nonsafety matches struck on the rough-surfaced striking surface. One of the containers received in the wells of the base assembly is an ash tray. The ash tray includes receiving areas adapted to receive a cigar or a cigarette. The ash tray includes a clamp assembly adapted to receive and support a pipe. The pipe clamp assembly is supported by a support column which is supported by a floor portion of the ash tray. The containers include air-tight containers. The air-tight containers include body portions and lid portions.
