    摘要: A polyarylene sulfide resin composition contains a polyarylene sulfide containing at least one group selected from a group consisting of an amino group and an amide group, a polyamide resin, an epoxy resin and, as needed, a filler. A further composition contains 100 parts by weight of the polyarylene sulfide, 0.05 to 5 parts of the epoxy resin, and 5 to 400 parts of the filler. Another type of the resin composition contains the polyarylene sulfide, the polyamide, a compound selected from an acid, an acid anhydride and an acid halide, each having in its molecule not less than two functional groups reactive with the amino group or the amide group, and, as needed, the filler. A further type of the resin composition contains the polyarylene sulfide, the compound and, as needed, an inorganic filler subjected to surface treatment with a silane type coupling agent. A still further type of the resin composition contains the polyarylene sulfide and the compound. A still further type of the resin composition contains the polyarylene sulfide and the inorganic filler subjected to surface treatment with an epoxysilane type coupling agent.

    摘要: A laminated resin sheet consisting of (a) at least one layer of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymeric resin (EVOH resin), (b) at least one layer of a hot-melt adhesive resin and (c) at least one layer of a polystrene-based resin, the layer (b) being interposed between the layers (a) and (c) to serve to adhesively bond them together. The laminated sheet has excellent moldability only when the EVOH resin has a thermal characteristic specified in terms of the integrated value of the peak areas in a diagram obtained by the DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) measurement in the course of temperature elevation. The sheet may be formed into a vessel having a multilayered wall structure by hot molding.

    摘要: In forming a diamond film on a surface of substrate by means of plasma method, there is employed in a plasma reacting chamber a supporting member having a top surface for placing the substrate so disposed as to be smaller than a bottom surface of the substrate and having engagement means for engaging with the substrate. When the substrate (particularly substrate for a cutting tool) placed on the top surface of the supporting member is brought into contact with plasma obtainable by exciting raw material gases, a diamond film is coated on the face, land and flank of the substrate for the cutting tool with a uniform film thickness.

This process avoids dehydration operation of the raw materials, particularly the source of sulfur, prior to polycondensation, thereby resulting in the production of the polyarylene sulfide having a high molecular weight.

    摘要: Polyarylene sulfides are prepared by reacting a dihalogen aromatic compound with a sodium hydrosulfide in the presence of an alkali metal aminoalkanoate and a lithium halide in an organic polar solvent. This process can prevent a decomposition of the sodium hydrosulfide during dehydration and produce the polyarylene sulfides in a granular form in high yields and with high efficiency.The polyarylene sulfides obtainable by this process are high in molecular weight and degree of whiteness and low in a content of salts remaining therein. Furthermore, the polyarylene sulfides are in the granular form so that they can be handled with ease because of their readily separability and washability.
