    摘要: Disclosed are an antimycin compound and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method comprises: fermenting a marine actinomycete (Streptomyces sp.4-7) with a preservation number CCTCCNO: M2020953 to obtain a fermented product and soaking and extracting the fermented product with ethyl acetate to obtain a crude extract; and carrying out separation and purification by normal-phase silica gel column chromatography, reversed-phase MPLC, and semi-preparative reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. The invention has the advantages of resistance against Botrytis cinerea and Penicillium citrinum.

    摘要: Disclosed is a sex identification specific DNA sequence and a sex identification method of Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis. The sex identification specific DNA sequence is showed as SEQ ID NO:1. The sex identification method includes following steps:S1, extracting genomic DNA of Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis; S2, PCR amplification using the genomic DNA as template; an upstream primer for PCR amplification is as shown in SEQ ID No: 2 and a downstream primer is as shown in SEQ ID No: 3; S3, examining amplified products by agarose electrophoresis, and those with specific amplified bands are females, otherwise they are males. The method has high identification accuracy, is simple and easy to operate, and is suitable for sex identification of Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis at embryonic and larval stages.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a catalytic hydrogenation method for carbon nine resin, comprising the following steps: 1) adding a Pt—W—Y/γ-Al2O3 catalyst in the first half of a fixed bed, adding a Pd—Zr—Nd/γ-Al2O3 catalyst in the second half of the fixed bed, and feeding hydrogen for reduction; and 2) catalytic hydrogenating the pretreated carbon nine resin in the fixed bed. In the present invention, different catalysts capable of reacting under the same catalytic conditions are added in the first and second halves of the fixed bed, and the two different catalysts play different roles, and can be active and complementary to each other under the same conditions. The synergistic effect of the two catalysts plays a good catalytic role. Moreover, the production process is simplified, and the production cost is saved.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of a channel type planar waveguide amplifier and a channel type planar waveguide amplifier. The method is to pattern the channel structures on the surface of the optical substrate, and then seal them together with rare earth doped chalcogenide glass into the quartz tube, and finally the channel-type waveguide structure is directly created via the melt-quenching method to achieve high quality planar waveguide amplifier. Excellent side wall roughness can be assured since the present invention does not have any direct etching of rare earth ions. Chemical composition and the activity of the rare earth ions can be maintained since the whole process is not involved in any decomposition of the glass into atoms, ions or clusters as that occurs during the fabrication process of the films deposited by the traditional methods like thermal evaporation and magnetron sputtering.

    摘要: A low-sidelobe plate array antenna includes a radiation layer and a feed layer. The radiation layer is superimposed on the feed layer and includes a first plate and a radiation array disposed on the first plate. The radiation array is formed by n2 radiation units which are distributed in 2(k-1) rows and 2(k-1) columns. Each radiation unit in the radiation layer is constituted by two first radiation assemblies and two second radiation assemblies. Each first radiation assembly comprises a first rectangular bar, a first rectangular cavity, a second rectangular cavity and a third rectangular cavity. The first rectangular cavity, the second rectangular cavity and the third rectangular cavity in the first radiation assembly are stacked in presence of an azimuth deviation to form a three-layer coupled structure, and the first rectangular bar located in the first rectangular cavity can better restrain cross polarization and reduce the sidelobe.

    摘要: A method for identifying the genetic sex of Portunus trituberculatus is provided. The SNP markers provided by the present invention presents biallelic heterozygosity in male individuals, but presents homozygous allele type in female individuals, and can be detected by PCR amplification and sequencing method, HRM method or KASP method. The detection method is flexible and the results are stable. Among them, the KASP and HRM detection methods have high throughput, fast detection speed, and simple application. It provides an important tool for the breeding of all-female population of P. trituberculatus.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a rainfall sensing two-component high-polymer grouting device and a manufacturing method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of soil protection. The present invention includes an iron box and a water bucket. The water bucket is slidably fitted in the iron box. An inner bottom of the iron box is provided with a pair of lever upturning apparatuses symmetrically distributed about an axis center of the iron box. A lower surface of the iron box is provided with a curing agent ejector and a resin ejector. An end of two lever upturning apparatuses is slidably connected to a low surface of the water bucket. The switches of the curing agent ejector and the resin ejector are respectively connected to the other end of a lever upturning apparatus. A peripheral surface of the water bucket is provided with a permeable hole, and a permeable head is installed on the permeable hole. The present invention utilizes the lever principle of natural gravity and the spring-assisted method to realize the function of high-polymer grouting slope protection, and belongs to an ingenious mechanical structure apparatus. There is no need to stimulate and excite from the external energy, which is environmentally friendly and does not waste the resources and energy.
