摘要: A system and method for performing nanoscale thermal property characterization of materials. The system combines the operating principles of thermoreflectance-based techniques and scanning probe microscopy techniques into a hybrid solution capable of deriving thermophysical properties of a sample. A pump laser beam heats a distal end of a cantilever, and a probe laser beam is reflected off of a specular surface at the distal end of the cantilever carrying with it thermoreflectance data that can be used to extract thermophysical properties of the sample region adjacent to a tip suspended at the distal end of the cantilever.

摘要: A hydraulic valve assembly includes a connection section, a first valve section and a pressure line. The first valve section has a first spool piston, a first spool diverter, at least one first consumer port and at least one second consumer port. The first spool diverter can be switched at least into a first spool diverter switching position and a second spool diverter switching position. A shut-off valve is disposed in the pressure line and blocks the pressure line in a blocking position and can be switched from the blocking position into a first release switching position and a second release switching position. The shut-off valve switches into the first release switching position when the first spool diverter is in the first spool diverter switching position and into the second release switching position when the first spool diverter is in the second spool diverter switching position.

摘要: A pedestrian protection system includes a plurality of autonomous driving vehicles and a server configured to be able to communicate with each of the autonomous driving vehicles. The server is configured to select at least one vehicle to be moved to the location of a pedestrian from among the autonomous driving vehicles as a pedestrian protection vehicle when a particular situation occurrence notification is received and is configured to send an instruction notification to the pedestrian protection vehicle. The particular situation occurrence notification indicates that the pedestrian is placed in a particular situation. The instruction notification instructs the pedestrian protection vehicle to move to the location of the pedestrian for protecting the pedestrian. Each of the autonomous driving vehicles is configured to move to the location of the pedestrian for protecting the pedestrian when the instruction notification is received.

The information collection system includes: an acquisition portion configured to acquire the identification information, the vehicle state information, and the disclosure position information; and a computing device configured to associate the vehicle state information with the disclosure position information based on the identification information.

摘要: In a system, a parallel-parking number that is the number of the parking spaces aligned in the parallel-parking direction is acquired for each parking area. A vacancy number that is the number of vacant parking spaces is acquired for each parking area. Based on the parallel-parking number, a vacancy number threshold value is calculated that is a threshold value of the vacancy number for calculating a priority of each parking area, in one of which an automated-parking-target vehicle is to be parked. The priorities are calculated such that the priority of a parking area with the vacancy number equal to or larger than the vacancy number threshold value is higher than the priority of a parking area with the vacancy number smaller than the vacancy number threshold value. The automated-parking-target vehicle is caused to park preferentially in a parking space in the parking area with the higher priority.
