摘要: A method of monitoring health of an oxygen concentrator assembly within an onboard oxygen generating system (OBOGS) operable to produce an oxygen enriched gas is provided. The OBOGS includes a controller, a plurality of molecular sieve beds for producing the oxygen enriched gas, and a mechanical system for selectively communicating an inlet air to a subset of the plurality of molecular sieve at a given time. The method includes monitoring the health of the overall OBOGS and the mechanical system to determine whether one or more of the molecular sieve beds and/or the oxygen concentrator assembly need to be serviced.

摘要: A sprayer head may be removably mounted onto a concentrate tank of a hose end sprayer. The sprayer head may include a valve assembly having a valve body having a first axis of rotation selectively movable between a closed orientation, a wet mode orientation, and a dry mode orientation. A metering plate may include a first annular series of spaced-apart flow-metering holes with each successive respective flow-metering hole has an increasing hole diameter adapted to withdraw a selectively adjustable amount of a concentrate from the concentrate tank when the valve body is in either the wet mode orientation or the dry mode orientation. The metering plate has a second axis of rotation which is non-coaxial with the first axis of rotation.

摘要: A door latch system includes an exit device having a housing mounted to an unsecured side of a door. A latch assembly is mounted in the housing and includes a latch for releasably securing the door in a door frame. An actuating assembly includes a driving member. A push bar is configured to be received within the housing. Relative movement between the push bar and base plate so as to reduce the distance between the push bar and base plate moves the driving member and latch to release the door from the door frame. A dashpot is connected to the driving member and configured to allow movement of the driving member when the push bar is manually depressed but to resist movement of the driving member when a secure side of the door experiences a high velocity impact. A method of resisting unwanted unlatching of the latch is also disclosed.

摘要: A power control system for use with an electric lock mechanism including an actuator having a coil with a particular coil impedance. The power control system comprises a power supply configured to provide an output voltage having a drive current to the actuator, a credential device powered by the power supply and configured to signal the power supply to provide the output voltage upon receiving an authorized access code, an actuator driver including a multiple-gain current-sensing circuit, and a microcontroller configured to monitor and control the power supply, credential device, actuator driver, and actuator, and determine the impedance of the coil. The microcontroller is populated by a look-up table having performance data for a plurality of coils such that the microcontroller selects a duty ratio to establish the optimum magnitude of drive current to the coil based only on the determined impedance of the coil.

The system comprises a mortgage operations module of the server and a borrower interface module of the borrower computing device that are configured to allow for communication and display of an identification of a plurality of required mortgage application documents, association of one or more data files with one or more of the plurality of required mortgage application documents, and communication of the one or more associated data files from the borrower computing device to the server. An indicia that the one or more data files were received by the server may be displayed on the borrower computing device and/or the mortgage processor computing device. A method for implementing the processes described herein is also provided.

摘要: A package sort cell includes a robot with an end of arm tool for transporting packages from an in-feed conveyor to a selected one of a plurality of out-feed conveyors or bins, the robot receiving instruction from the package reader as to which of the plurality of conveyors or bins to hand-off the package. An end of arm tool may be in the configuration of a conveyor which may be aligned with the out-feed conveyor on a bottom up movement. The end of arm tool may also be in the configuration of a hanging carriage frame suspending a conveyor in a top down movement. A worker platform may be provided which may be movable between in-use and out-of-use positions whereby upon robot downtime, the platform may move into the in-use position for a worker to temporarily takeover the transfer functions of the robot. A plurality of sort cells may be arranged in side by side relation adjacent a like plurality of package delivery points (e.g., truck bays) and include diverter conveyors to allow diversion of a selected quantity of packages from one cell to an adjacent cell when the adjacent cell has no associated package delivery occurring at that time.

摘要: A door strike assembly includes a strike housing and latch release assembly. The door strike assembly is used in conjunction with a lockset which includes a door latch moveable from a latched condition when a door is closed and an unlatched condition where the door may be opened. The lockset includes a deadlatch to prevent unauthorized movement of the door latch when the door is closed. The latch release assembly is received within the strike housing and includes a latch ejector which engages the deadlatch when the door is closed. A motor is coupled to the latch ejector where actuation of the motor rotates the latch ejector to disengage the latch ejector from the deadlatch. Further rotation of the latch ejector causes the latch ejector to engage the door latch to move the door latch to the unlatched condition such that the door may be opened.

摘要: A method for generating a digital image collage is provided. The method includes displaying a collage template on a user interface, wherein the collage template includes populating a plurality of randomly configured apertures with digital images; assigning a weight to each of the apertures based on an area of the apertures; and selecting a new digital image to add in the layout. In response to the user input command, comparing the weights assigned to the respective apertures in the layout to identify an aperture having the greatest weight among the apertures; randomly dividing the aperture having the greatest weight into two new apertures to change the layout to a different arrangement; and populating the two new apertures and the remaining undivided apertures among the plurality of apertures in the layout with the new selected digital image and the previously selected digital images, thereby generating the digital image collage.

摘要: An apparatus for producing pozzolanic material from consumer waste includes a glass separator unit to remove glass material from the waste and a size reduction unit downstream the glass separator unit. The glass separator unit includes a tubular outer member and an inner helical member extending inwardly from the inner surface of the tubular outer member and defining an open central bore. The tubular outer member and the open central bore define respective coaxial longitudinal axes that are disposed at an angle relative to a horizontal reference plane, with the inlet higher than the outlet. Non-glass/non-ceramic material is output through the open outlet end of tubular outer member utilizing a flow of water. The glass/ceramic material is output to the size reduction unit through the open inlet end of the tubular outer member utilizing the rotating inner helical member of the glass separator unit.
