摘要： Method for obtaining highly purified transferrin from a partially purified plasma fraction containing transferrin in which the starting fraction is concentrated. Its ionic strength is reduced and then transferrin is adsorbed onto a chromatographic column. Following elution, the transferrin can be further processed through to packaging in final containers. The final purified transferrin product is sterile, at least 95% pure and is substantially free of enveloped and non-enveloped viruses.

摘要： A lyophylized cold insoluble globulin preparation can be prepared in stable condition and in short time by lyophylizing an aqueous solution of a cold insoluble globulin in the presence of albumin and a neutral amino acid, a monosaccharide, a disaccharide or a sugar alcohol. The preparation dissolves in water without occurrence of turbidity and is usable for injection.

摘要： A liquid preparation of antithrombin-III (AT-III), comprising an AT-III and an organic acid, a salt thereof, a sugar sulfate or a surfactant as a stabilizer, and a liquid preparation of AT-III, having a pH of 9-10. The preparation of the present invention is stable after long-term preservation and poses no clinical problems in terms of pharmacological effects and safety. The preparation is more advantageous than lyophilized preparations in that it does not require dissolution in injectable distilled water and can be used easily. Accordingly, the preparation is clinically very useful.
