摘要： A sugar-containing hydrolyzate is produced from a lignocellulose-containing material by a) pretreating the lignocellulose-containing material with a chemical compound selected from sulphuric acid, alkali, peroxodisulphates, potassium peroxide, potassium hydroxide, and mixtures thereof, in the presence of water, thereby obtaining an aqueous phase, and b) after removing of the aqueous phase and washing the resulting product, treating said product with an enzyme suitable for hydrolysis in the presence of water, thereby obtaining a hydrolyzate, the hydrolyzate being suitable as a carbon source for fermentation.
