摘要： The invention provides highly concentrated chitosan-nucleic acid polyplex compositions and dispersions, and methods for producing the compositions and dispersions. Methods of mixing the chitosan-nucleic acid polyplexes include an inline mixing of chitosan solution and nucleic acid solution, followed by further concentrating the dispersion of chitosan-nucleic acid polyplexes, optionally with an aggregation inhibitor. Further provided are methods for altering the diameter of chitosan-nucleic acid polyplexes.

摘要： An extensible data analysis system for analyzing integrated circuit fabrication data produced during integrated circuit fabrication, including an application tier that selectively runs analysis nodes. The application tier has an architecture for optionally including and excluding a desired selection of the analysis nodes. The application tier architecture allows the selection of the analysis nodes to be dynamically added by a user. A data access tier selectively runs data reader nodes. The data access tier has an architecture for optionally including and excluding a desired selection of the data reader nodes. The data reader nodes interpret a desired variety of data source files containing the integrated circuit fabrication data having different formats for access by the application tier. The data access tier architecture allows the selection of the data reader nodes to be dynamically added by the user.

摘要： A power line coupling and decoupling circuit for furthering peripheral system reliability. The circuit is used in a computer system which includes a host computer attached to a peripheral system via a SCSI communication interface. A light emitting diode is used as a monitor to indicate the power level on the SCSI interface. A mechanical slide switch is used to then couple or decouple a peripheral system's power source and the SCSI interface thus preventing electrical short circuits and current surges within the peripheral system. The SCSI interface receives its power directly from the peripheral power source and not from a peripheral device assembled within the peripheral system.
