    摘要: The arc-welding monitor has a weld power supply, units for generating signals proportional to welding current and voltage, an audio-signal generator, welding current and voltage comparators and a monitoring sequence logic analyzer having a signal switch responsive to variations of monitored quantities, which is connected to the outputs of said welding current and voltage comparators, a signal switch responsive to incremental changes in monitored parameters, and welding current and voltage adders. One input of each adder is connected to the outputs of said units for generating signals proportional to welding current and voltage, respectively, while the second input of each adder is combined with the input of the corresponding comparator, the outputs thereof being connected to the inputs of the signal switch responsive to incremental changes in monitored parameters.

    摘要: The doughnut-type transformer comprises a spirally wound core consisting of several individual annular cores each tightened by rod members. The annular core is surrounded by transformer sections comprising the primary and the secondary windings. Each winding is composed of turns shaped as sectors in the plane of the transformer cross-section, a cooled turn of the secondary winding being placed between the turns of the primary winding in each transformer section. The turns of the windings surround the annular core so that the geometric center of each winding is displaced from the geometric center of the annular core in the cross-sectional plane thereof and the geometric center of the annular core is farther from the transformer axis. Each turn of the secondary winding is provided with a passage for cooling water to circulate therethrough, which water being supplied and discharged through one and the same contact ring and is first cooling one half of the whole number of the transformer sections and then the other half.

    摘要: A power circuit combined with a power circuit control unit includes a single-phase leakage output voltage regulated transformer having a primary winding connected to a power supply and a secondary winding connected to a controlled bridge rectifier. Connected to outputs of the controlled rectifier are a variable resistor, an induction coil with non-linear variable inductance, and an integrator, each being electrically connected to an electrode and to an article being treated. The power circuit control unit acts on the power circuit to permit the welding arc to be fed a current the variation of which can be represented as a sum curve of a direct current component and a periodic curve, having its leading edge rising approximately linearly and its trailing edge falling approximately exponentially.

Disclosure is made of a wire comprising a metal body (1) having a longitudinal cavity (3) filled with a charge (2) comprising at least one constituent from the group consisting of alloying and slag-forming constituents.On the surface of the cavity (3) and the wire there is disposed a coat (4, 7) made up of at least two layers (5, 6 and 8, 9). Each of said layers (5, 6 and 8, 9) incorporates one constituent selected from the group consisting of alloying and slag-forming constituents. From 10 to 99 percent of the mass of the constituents in the layers (5, 6) of the coat (4) and in the layers (8, 9) of the coat (7) is disposed on the surface of the cavity (3), and the total area of the layers (5, 6) of the coat (4) and the layers (8, 9) of the coat (7) in cross section of the wire, incorporating the identical constituents, amounts to from 0.001 to 0.1 part of the area of the metal body (1).
