摘要： A photosensitive resin composition suitable for the production of a light-shielding black matrix for use in a liquid crystal display is disclosed. The photosensitive resin composition includes a cardo binder resin and a carboxyl group-containing polyfunctional monomer and exhibits superior physical properties, such as heat resistance, chemical resistance, development margin, developability and adhesive properties. Further disclosed is a black matrix produced using the photosensitive resin composition. The black matrix has superior physical properties, including heat resistance, chemical resistance, development margin and adhesive properties. Particularly, since the black matrix has excellent developability with an alkaline solution, it contains no undissolved material of the composition in radiation-unexposed portions.

摘要： An anisotropic conductive adhesive composition includes an acrylic rubber binder having a weight average molecular weight of about 100,000 to about 1,000,000, a first component including at least one of a mono(meth)acrylate compound and a di(meth)acrylate compound, a second component including at least one of a tri(meth)acrylate compound and a compound having more than three (meth)acrylate groups, an organic peroxisde, and conductive particles. The second component is present in an amount of about 1 to about 10% by weight, based on the total weight of the acrylic rubber, the first component, the second component, the organic peroxide, and the conductive particles.

摘要： The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition for a color filter, which has an excellent stripper-resistance and is developed by an alkali aqueous solution, and a color filter formed of the photosensitive resin composition. The photosensitive resin composition includes: (A) a carboxyl-containing acryl-based binder resin; (B) a double bond-containing acryl carboxylate resin represented by the following Formula 1; (C) an acryl-based photopolymerization monomer; (D) a photopolymerization initiator; (E) a pigment; and (F) a solvent. The photosensitive resin composition has excellent stripper resistance, and thus can be used when a color filter is fabricated on a TFT array substrate in order to ensure a high aperture ratio. In the above formula, R1 is hydrogen or methyl, R2 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, C1 to C10 alkyl, or —CO—R5—COOH wherein R5 is a moiety derived from an acid anhydride, R3 is R6COO— wherein R6 is aryl, R4 is R7COO— wherein R7 is alkyl, 5≦m≦50, 1≦n≦20, and 10≦o≦100.

Further disclosed is a color filter which includes a fine pattern formed using the composition. The color filter can exhibit superior resistance to heat and chemicals, improved developability, and good adhesiveness.
