摘要： The invention concerns a method for the immunological determination of a specific antibody in a sample liquid in which the sample liquid is incubated in the presence of a solid phase with two antigens directed against the antibody to be determined of which the first antigen carries at least one marker group and the second antigen is (a) bound to the solid phase or (b) is present in a form capable of binding to the solid phase and the antibody to be determined is detected by determining the marker group in the solid phase or/and in the liquid phase characterized in that at least one of the two antigens contains several epitope regions which react with the antibody to be determined.

摘要： The invention concerns a process for the production of hapten-labelled peptides which is characterized in that (a) a peptide with the desired amino acid sequence is synthesized on a solid phase from amino acid derivatives whose reactive side groups are blocked by protecting groups wherein the protecting groups on primary amino side groups are selected in such a way that, if desired, they can be selectively cleaved off, (b) protecting groups are cleaved to form at least one free primary amino group, (c) a hapten-active ester derivative is coupled to the at least one free primary amino group of the peptide and (d) if desired protecting groups that still remain are cleaved off, the hapten being selected from the group comprising sterols, bile acids, sexual hormones, corticoids, cardenolides, cardenolide-glycosides, bufadienolides, steroid-sapogenines and steroid alkaloids.

摘要： The trivalent phosphorous atom of a compound is reacted with a reagent in such a manner that a stable phosphate mimetic or a specifier is formed. Phosphoramidites with a phosphorous atom containing at least one hydroxyl residue which is provided with a protective group are reacted for this purpose with a free hydroxyl group: In the first synthesis cycle the hydroxyl group is linked to a solid support via a cleavable or non-cleavable linker. In further synthesis cycles the hydroxyl group is created by cleavage of the protective group from the growing oligomer. This results in formation of a phosphorous acid triester which is reacted with azides. By selecting suitable monomers for the synthesis which have a defined stereoconformation compounds of Formula 1 are produced in a stereocontrolled manner.

摘要： The invention concerns a process for the immunological determination of a specific antibody in a fluid sample. The process involves incubating the fluid sample in the presence of a solid phase with two antigens directed against the antibody whose presence is to be determined; the first antigen carries at least one marker group, while the second is either (a) bonded to the solid phase or (b) present in a form in which it can bond with the solid phase, and betrays the presence of the antibody being sought by showing the presence of the marker group in the solid phase and/or in the fluid phase. The proposed process is characterised by the fact that at least one of the two antigens has several epitopic regions which react with the antibody to be determined.
