    摘要: A lid sheet for use in a blister form pack for packaging of pharmaceutical and medical products, wherein said lid sheet is a laminate comprising four layers A, B, C and D with the layer sequence A-B-C-D and the layers comprising as follows: (Layer A) a layer A material selected from the group consisting of cellulose material; aluminium foil; plastic film with a temperature resistance of at least 1 second at 220° C.; lacquer with a temperature resistance of at least 1 second at 220° C.; and anti-adhesive coating; (Layer B) a layer B material selected from the group consisting of: (1) at least two non-orientated, mono-orientated or biaxially orientated plastic films displaced at an angle and bonded by means of lamination or hot calendaring or plastic coating with a net-like structure; (2) non-woven material made from a plastic polymer; (3) at least one fibre or a plastic film possessing a net-like web; (4) a foil comprising a material selected from the group consisting of Polysulfone, Polyethylenenaphthalate PEN, polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), polyimide (PI); Polyetherimide (PEI) and Tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene; and (5) a multilayer foil consisting of at least two of the aforementioned materials; (Layer C) aluminium foil; and (Layer D) a heat seal layer.

    摘要: A cold-workable laminate for the production of containers for packaging of pharmaceutical and medical technical products and diagnostic agents has an aluminium film with a biaxially stretched plastic film on one side as an outer layer, and a sealing layer arranged on the second side. The aluminium film is connected with the biaxially stretched plastic film by extrusion laminating or the biaxially stretched plastic film is extrusion-coated with a polyolefin and lacquer-laminated to the aluminium film. The laminate has at least 15% higher cold-working capacity than laminates of the prior art and has improved delamination resistance.

    摘要: Cold-formable laminate film, for example, for manufacturing push-through or blister packs or the base parts and for forms of packaging or shaped parts for packaging medical instruments and applicators, containing a barrier layer that is impermeable to water vapor and gases and a plastic layer on both sides of the barrier layer. The laminate film exhibits a layered structure containing in the following order: (a) a plastic layer in the form of a film of the following type, namely, polychloride, polyester, polypropylene, cycloolefin-copolymer or a cast film of polyvinyl-chloride or polypropylene; (b) a metal foil such as an aluminium foil; and (c) an oriented polyamide film having a thickness of 25 to 2 &mgr;m. The free sides of the first and/or the second plastic film may feature a sealing layer or the first and/or the second plastic films may be sealable. The laminate films may, for example, be processed into forms of packaging by a deepening process such as stretch drawing, i.e., by mechanical cold forming using a stamp type tool. During stretch drawing the laminate film is held securely between the die and the holder while the shaping tool forces the laminate into the desired form by stretch forming it.
