摘要: A molding thermal expansion structure includes a thermoplastic material and a thermal expansion material, wherein the thermoplastic material is 50 wt % to 90 wt % based on a weight of the molding thermal expansion structure; the thermal expansion material is 50 wt % to 10 wt % based on a weight of the molding thermal expansion structure; wherein, the thermal expansion material is expanded from a foaming original material through a pre-foaming process; the thermoplastic material and the thermal expansion material are mixed to form a mixed material; the mixed material is thermally expanded to form a thermal expansion structure in a molding apparatus. The molding thermal expansion structure provided in the present invention could satisfy various needs of light-weighted products. A molding method of the thermal expansion structure is also provided herein.

摘要: A thermoplastic multi-layer golf ball has a core center including a first thermoplastic material, a core layer including a second thermoplastic material, and a cover including a third thermoplastic material. The core center has a diameter of 21-29 mm and a surface Shore D hardness H1 of less than about 50. The core layer is at least about 5 mm thick with an outer surface Shore D hardness H2 of more than about 50. The cover has an outer surface Shore D hardness H3 of more than about 60. H3 is up to about 20 Shore D units higher than H2, and H2 is up to about 10 Shore D units higher than H1. The core layer has a specific gravity that is at least 0.1 g/cm3 greater than the specific gravity of the core center.

摘要: A method of producing a reclaimed rubber made of recycled shoe material waste includes the following steps. Step S1: collect a scrap rubber which is the shoe material waste. Step S2: grind the scrap rubber to form scrap rubber granules. Step S3: devulcanize the scrap rubber granules to form a reclaimed rubber. A reclaimed material for manufacturing shoes includes a reclaimed rubber formulation and a crosslinking agent, wherein the reclaimed rubber formulation is constituted by compounding a basic rubber formulation and the reclaimed rubber, wherein the reclaimed material for manufacturing shoes includes 65-94.8 wt % of the basic rubber formulation, 5-30 wt % of the reclaimed rubber, and 0.2 wt % to 5 wt % of crosslinking agent. Mechanical properties of the reclaimed material for manufacturing shoes meet required standards of shoe outsole material. A method of consuming rubber waste produced during the shoe manufacturing process is disclosed herein.

摘要: A cured elastomer golf ball component is made by heating an elastomer compound containing an ethylenically unsaturated elastomer, an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and first and second free radical initiators to a first crosslinking temperature T1 in a compression mold and partially crosslinking the elastomer, then heating to a second crosslinking temperature T2 and curing the elastomer component of the golf ball. Either: (i) the first initiator has a half-life of about 0.2-5 minutes at T1, the second initiator has a half-life of about 0.2-5 minutes at T2, and T2 is higher T1 by at least about 30° C.; or (ii) the second initiator's one-minute half-life temperature is at least about 30° C. higher than the first initiator's one-minute half-life temperature, T1 is within about 20° C. of the first initiator's one-minute half-life temperature, and T2 is within about 20° C. of the second initiator's one-minute half-life temperature.

摘要: A thermoplastic vulcanizate composition, a method for forming a thermoplastic vulcanizate with the composition and a product thereof are disclosed. The thermoplastic vulcanizate composition includes a thermoplastic polyurethane, a rubber, a vulcanizing agent for crosslinking the rubber, and an additive. Wherein, a hardness of the thermoplastic polyurethane is at least 19A greater than a hardness of the rubber, and the hardness of the thermoplastic polyurethane is equal to or greater than 70A. A weight ratio of the thermoplastic polyurethane to the rubber is from 30:70 to 70:30. The crosslinked rubber is dispersed in a continuous phase constituted by the thermoplastic polyurethane.

摘要: A light-cured anti-slip structure includes an anti-slip layer fixed onto a substrate surface. The anti-slip layer is composed of the light-curing composite, wherein the light-curing composite includes 50 wt % to 100 wt % of photopolymer, 0.5 wt % to 20 wt % of photoinitiator, 5 wt % to 50 wt % of thermosetting polymer, less than or equal to 5 wt % of thermal curing initiator, which are mixed. The photoinitiator receives light energy to trigger a light-curing reaction of the photopolymer. Simultaneously the photoinitiator releases heat to activate the thermal curing initiator, the thermal curing initiator induces a curing reaction of the thermosetting polymer to form the anti-slip layer. The light-cured anti-slip structure provided by the present invention could be quickly cured on the substrate surface, and the manufacturing time and the cost of material could be significantly reduced. A manufacturing method of a light-cured anti-slip structure is provided as well.
