摘要: Provided are a highly transmissive optical thin film having an improved structure, in which, optical reflection (due to a difference in the refractive index between a semiconductor material and the air, when light is extracted from a semiconductor light emitting device into the air) may be suppressed, an optical output loss may be reduced and light transmittance efficiency may be maximized or increased, a semiconductor light emitting device having the same, and methods of fabricating the same. The optical thin film may include a first material layer having a first refractive index, a second material layer formed on the first material layer and having a second refractive index that is smaller than the first refractive index, and a graded-refractive index layer interposed or inserted between the first material layer and the second material layer and having a multi-layer structure in which refractive index distribution gradually decreases in the range between the first refractive index and the second refractive index as the refractive index distribution progresses from the first material layer toward the second material layer.

摘要: In a spot-type disc brake for motor vehicles a floating caliper is guided displaceably on a brake support by means of sliding pins (26). Inner and outer brake pads are likewise displaceably mounted parallel to the sliding pins with respect to the brake support. On at least one of the sliding pins a resetting means (50) with a spring (52) is provided which is arranged around the sliding pin as part of a frictionally locking connection between the sliding pin and a bore guiding said pin. The bore (24) comprises at the end from which the sliding pin is inserted into said bore a widening (54) into which the spring (52) is installed with axial bias. The spring or a member cooperating therewith is in engagement with an outer surface of the sliding pin.

摘要: This invention relates to polyester compositions useful for the manufacturing containers that minimizes the effect of secondary contamination during filling. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyester bottle for use in filling of carbonated pasteurized products comprising at least one oxygen scavenging component that limits oxygen ingress to about 1 ppm or less when measured six months after filling, and at least one passive component that limits the carbonation loss to less than about 25% when measured six months after filing. The present invention also relates to a method of using the polyester bottle to minimize the growth of secondary contaminants in a carbonated pasteurized product.

摘要: Method for the production of liquid products, particularly, tar, from organic bulk materials. The invention relates to a method, whereby in an apparatus in one or a multiple of refining stages, organic bulk goods are refined to economically significant base materials, so that they are suitable, either directly or indirectly, for the production of gasifier or diesel fuel. The technical object is to utilize a fluidizing medium, with the help of which it is possible to produce, in a reaction chamber, an increased yield of liquid products, especially tar.According to the invention, the problem is solved by supplying a hydrocarbonaceous gas, especially a gas containing methane and hydrogen, as a fluidizing medium in the individual refining stages, whereby, under the particular refining conditions, there results a decrease of the portion of methane and hydrogen, and a comparative increase of the portion of the liquid product, especially of the portion of tar. Furthermore, the portion of the components which boil easier, short-chained hydrocarbons, are significantly increased in the produced liquid product.
