    摘要: An electromagnetic resonance non-contact power transmission device includes a transmitter including a transmitter resonance element having a mechanism for discretely or continuously varying a resonant frequency, a transmitter excitation element coupled to the transmitter resonance element by electromagnetic induction, and an alternating current source for applying an alternating current at the same frequency as the resonant frequency to the transmitter excitation element, and a plurality of receivers each including a receiver resonance element having a specific resonant frequency, a receiver excitation element coupled to the receiver resonance element by electromagnetic induction, and an output circuit for outputting an electric current induced by the receiver excitation element. Electric power is transmitted selectively from the transmitter to any of the receivers having different specific resonant frequencies by changing the resonant frequency of the transmitter.

The storage body includes a main body, a first storage portion formed within the main body and storing therein the power feeding portion, and at least one second storage portion formed so as to be adapted to store or retrieve a power receiving apparatus as a storage object in or from the main body, the electric power of the power feeding portion stored in the first storage portion being adapted to be fed from the at least one second storage portion. At least a magnetically shielding portion is formed in an outer peripheral portion, and the at least one second storage portion forms a magnetically closed space in a state of being stored in the main body.

    摘要: A radio frequency receiver includes a receiver circuit for processing RF signals, an antenna to receive millimeter wave RF signals, and an attenuator circuit, coupled between the receiver circuit and antenna. In one embodiment, the attenuator circuit may be used to determine a signal strength of the millimeter wave RF signals, compare this signal strength to a first threshold value. If the signal strength is above the first threshold value, a level of attenuation applied to the millimeter wave RF signals may then be increased.

    摘要: A polarization separator for separating orthogonal polarization waves into a horizontal polarization wave component and a vertical polarization wave component is minimized in size. A metal pole in the form of a thin metal bar is disposed in a circular waveguide of a waveguide member into which the orthogonal polarization waves are introduced, and reflects the horizontal polarization wave component so that it is outputted through an output terminal formed in a circumferential wall of the waveguide member. Meanwhile, the vertical polarization wave component propagates in a substantially rectangular waveguide provided rearwardly of the metal pole and is outputted from another output terminal. Since the rectangular waveguide is formed in a cutoff structure for the horizontal polarization wave component, the reflection means can be formed from the metal pole in the form of a thin bar, and consequently, the polarization separator can be minimized.

    摘要: A high frequency signal processing apparatus having signal line patterns formed on the upper surface of a dielectric substrate has a bias line pattern that extends from each of the signal line patterns. The bias line pattern has a first portion formed on the upper surface of the dielectric substrate, a second portion formed on the lower surface of the dielectric substrate, and a conductor extending through the dielectric substrate for providing an electrical connection between the first and second portions of the bias line pattern. A trap pattern is formed on the lower surface of the dielectric substrate and is connected to the second portion of the bias line pattern at a position spaced a predetermined distance away from the corresponding one of the signal line patterns. The predetermined distance is substantially equal to an odd number multiplied by T.multidot..lambda./4 where T and .lambda. are the periodicity and wave-length of the high frequency signal to be processed. A grounded pattern is also formed on the first surface of the dielectric substrate.
