    摘要: A changeable liquid prism array and a method of manufacturing the changeable liquid prism array are provided. The changeable liquid prism array includes a substrate, a wiring layer formed on the substrate, and including conducting wire portions and non-conducting wire portions where the conducting wire portions are not formed, and barrier walls disposed on the wiring layer. The changeable liquid prism array further includes cells defined by the barrier walls, a first liquid included in the cells, and a second liquid located on the first liquid. The changeable liquid prism array further includes side electrodes disposed on side surfaces of the barrier walls, and separated from each other by spaces corresponding to the non-conducting wire portions, and an upper electrode arranged above the barrier walls, and separated from the side electrodes.

    摘要: An imprinting device includes a first substrate, a light blocking layer formed on the first substrate corresponding to a light blocking area, and a patterned layer formed on the first substrate. The patterned layer includes an etch pattern and a flow control pattern formed on the first substrate corresponding to a transmittance area and the light blocking area, respectively. When the patterned layer presses a resin layer, the resin layer pressed by the etch pattern moves towards the flow control pattern or a photosensitive resin layer pressed by the flow control pattern moves towards the etch pattern according to a shape of the flow control pattern. Thus, when the shape of the flow control pattern is controlled, the resin layer pressed by the patterned layer may be formed with a uniform thickness.

    摘要: An imprinting device includes a first substrate, a light blocking layer formed on the first substrate corresponding to a light blocking area, and a patterned layer formed on the first substrate. The patterned layer includes an etch pattern and a flow control pattern formed on the first substrate corresponding to a transmittance area and the light blocking area, respectively. When the patterned layer presses a resin layer, the resin layer pressed by the etch pattern moves towards the flow control pattern or a photosensitive resin layer pressed by the flow control pattern moves towards the etch pattern according to a shape of the flow control pattern.     摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a display panel includes an arriving part in which an unfinished display panel is disposed. The apparatus has at least one light transmitting part, a mold which is positioned on the arriving part and which includes at least one alignment key and a pattern forming part, a mold driver which drives the mold, and an alignment sensor which is positioned under the arriving part and which determines whether the display panel and the mold are erroneously aligned through the light transmitting part. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently and accurately pattern a specific material onto the display panel through an imprint lithography process using a pressing mold.

The 2D/3D switchable backlight unit includes a light source, a light guide plate in which light emitted from the light source is total-internal-reflected, and a switch array comprising a plurality of switches that selectively contact a first surface of the light guide plate and emit light by frustrated total internal reflection inside the light guide plate. In 2D mode, each of the switches contacts the first surface of the light guide plate. In 3D mode, some of the switches contact the first surface of the light guide plate.
