    摘要: There is provided a production management method for steel tubes and pipes produced through a plurality of production processes, including: a step of machining a matrix code, which encodes tube or pipe information, in a tube or pipe end by a laser beam so that the central angle of width of the matrix code in a circumferential direction of the tube or pipe is 30° or smaller; and a step of reading the matrix code automatically by using a linear sensor type camera, wherein through reading the matrix code, the production history is managed by identifying and recording the production information and quality information corresponding to each steel tube or pipe for each tube or pipe number, and the tube or pipe information is retrievable as necessary.

    摘要: There is provided a consumption energy calculating device which simulates power consumption of a heating and cooling appliance operated by a customer living in a house. A first receiver and a second receiver receive a demand response signal and an external environmental factor parameter. A pain level model shows a relationship between an indoor air temperature and a pain level. A first calculator calculates, when the appliance is not in operation, the indoor air temperature of a next sample time. A second calculator calculates, when the appliance is in operation, determines the indoor air temperature of the next sample time. A working sequence generator determines whether the appliance is or not to be operated during the next sample time. The power consumption determination unit determines power consumption consumed by the appliance before the next sample time and outputs data showing the power consumption.

    摘要: A part fault table indicating the number of days used, a fault flag and a first weight is generated for each of plural parts. A survival curve and a hazard function for each of the plural parts are also generated. Then, convergence is determined by calculating a hazard value using the hazard function for each part in the same group, calculating a second weight by normalization using the hazard value of each part and comparing the first and second weight with each other. Finally, a control operation is performed in such a manner that the convergence determination is terminated by outputting the survival curve or updates the first weight with the second weight, while a new survival curve and a new hazard function are generated from the part fault table using the updated first weight, after which the convergence determination is determined again.
