An objective of the present invention is to provide a curable resin composition capable of offering a cured product having excellent electroconductivity and curability. The invention is a curable resin composition containing: (A) a cyanate ester resin; (B) an epoxy resin; (C) a latent curing agent including an amine-based latent curing agent having an active hydrogen and obtained by causing reaction between an amine compound and an epoxy compound; and (D) an electroconductive filler. Preferably, the latent curing agent, which is component (C), further contains a phenolic resin. Preferably, the electroconductive filler, which is component (D), is at least one type selected from silver particles and copper particles.
Abstract:
The present invention executes a desired gear shift of an automatic transmission using gear shift modeling even when there are three control inputs to two target gear shift values. Setting torque share ratio as a constraint on the equation of motion for the automatic transmission is suitable for controlling the transfer of engaging unit torque, which is considered to be difficult in variable speed control, and allows solving of the equation of motion. Viewed from a different angle, because the torque share ratio, which represents the torque transfer, has been set as a constraint, any gear shift pattern can be handled with a single gear shift model.

A control system for a vehicle performs torque down control to reduce torque of an engine by cutting off supply of fuel to at least one of the cylinders of the engine during an inertia phase of a power-on upshift. During the torque down control, the throttle opening is reduced to smaller than a throttle opening including an amount by which the throttle opening is increased so as to compensate for a part of the amount of torque reduction, by means of one or more cylinders to which the fuel continues to be supplied.

There is provided an imaging device which eliminates complexity in reading an image in low resolution and reading an image in high resolution and realizes prevention of decrease in frame rate. The device includes a pixel region including a plurality of pixel elements and imaging an incident light of an object as an image and a reading unit for thinning out a pixel element from the pixel region to read a thinned out image in low resolution and reading a partial image in resolution higher than the thinned out image from a partial region of the pixel region (a horizontal shift register and a vertical shift register), wherein the reading unit reads the thinned out image and the partial image from mutually different pixel elements and reads the thinned out image and the partial image as different imaging frames.

A control device for a vehicular automatic transmission which can realize a shifting with quickened response with suppressing a turbine blow-up during the shifting is provided. When a response in hydraulic pressure control by a hydraulic pressure control circuit 42 fails to satisfy a preset predetermined determining criterion, a shifting response is prevented from improving, in comparison to a case where the determining criterion is satisfied. Under a relatively low response of the hydraulic pressure control by the hydraulic pressure control circuit 42 due to air mixture to working oil, a control to inhibit a high-response shifting or the like is performed, so that a turbine blow-up caused by a delayed response of hydraulic pressure can be prevented. Thus, the control device for the vehicular automatic transmission can be provided, which can realize the shifting with quickened response, with suppressing the turbine blow-up during the shifting.

A torque sharing rate is set as a constraint of a motion equation of an automatic transmission by using a gear shift model in which gear shift target values are set by two values of a torque on a rotating member on an output shaft side and a rotation speed variation of a rotating member on an input shaft side. In addition, a first gear shift according to the gear shift control and a second gear shift that uses a gear shift model in which the gear shift target value is set using only the velocity variation of the rotating member on the input shaft side to enable a speedier gear shift than the first gear shift are selectively executed.
