    Abstract: Embodiments of the present provide a method, system and computer program product for reviewer selection during distributed software development. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for reviewer selection during distributed software development can include receiving a request to review a module of source code stored in a source code repository and managed by an IDE executing in memory of a computer. The method also can include retrieving meta-data for the module of source code referencing different collaborators previously accessing the module of source code in the IDE. The method yet further can include ranking the collaborators according to at least one user centric characteristic of the module of source code. Finally, the method can include selecting a highest ranked one of the collaborators to review the module of source code.

    Abstract: A system for tracking a volumetric change of a fluid or solid in a container is provided. A sensing device may be interconnected to any container, wherein the sensing device comprises a fluid sensor, an orientation sensor, and a communication unit for electronic communication. For example, the sensing device may communicate via Bluetooth® with an electronic device such as a smart phone. When the container is filled with a fluid, the sensing device senses drinking gestures and records any changes in the volume of the fluid. This information is transmitted to the electronic device wherein an application may keep track of various drinking events and notify a user of the same. Thus, the application may notify a user to drink water, alert the user of daily goals, etc. The sensing device and the overall fluid tracking system may serve as an intersection for users, friends, marketers, bottle makers, etc.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and compositions related to engineered fragments of the human transglutaminase-related protein family, described herein as engineered transglutaminase barrel proteins (ETBPs), that have utility as high affinity, high selectivity target-binding proteins offering advantages as antibody equivalents for therapeutic, analytical, manufacturing and research purposes. ETBPs differ from naturally occurring human transglutaminase fragments by the addition, deletion, replacement and/or substitution of the naturally occurring amino acid sequence. ETBPs can be easily expressed in prokaryotic cells and in many cases can be purified by a simple solubilization and precipitation method.

    Abstract: Reframing circuitry controls communications between a physical layer device and a link layer device. In a first direction of communication, the reframing circuitry receives a container frame with the container frame having a first arrangement of columns, and outputs a virtual container frame that includes a modified version of the container frame received by the reframing circuitry, with the modified version of the container frame having a second arrangement of columns different than the first arrangement of columns. For example, the reframing circuitry in generating the modified version of the container frame may remove a path overhead column of the container frame and replace that path overhead column with a stuff column in the modified version of the container frame.
