    摘要: Systems and methods are provided and include a processor that is configured to execute instructions stored in a nontransitory memory. The instructions include receiving at least one measurement event signal, which includes (i) acceleration data that represents an amount of vibration associated with goods at a corresponding time, (ii) location data that represents a location of the goods at the corresponding time, and (iii) an alarm value that is based on a comparison of the acceleration data and a threshold. The instructions include transmitting an alert to a remote device. The alert is (i) transmitted in response to the alarm value of one of the at least one measurement event signal indicating that the goods were subjected to an excessive amount of vibration, and (ii) instructs a user of the excessive amount of vibration. The remote device is configured to display a message based on the alert.

Various embodiments provide features relating to: (1) monitoring characteristics of cargo using a single device that may be disposable; (2) generating alerts based on a variety of temperature conditions, such as multiple temperature thresholds; (3) providing multiple levels of alerts and escalating alerts to different users; (4) providing an indication of an end of trip based on location data and data from sensor(s); (5) reducing power of transmissions between devices; (6) using frequency diversity features to communicate between devices; (7) providing configurable reporting and/or sensor monitoring parameters, and changing reporting and/or sensor measurement periods; (8) allowing for communication with devices across multiple frequency bands; (9) utilizing secondary communication circuits to communicate with different devices, such as across different frequency channels and/or bands; and (10) using a movement detection device (e.g., an accelerometer) to reduce false indications of movement.

    摘要: A fermentation system includes a fermentation tank, a plurality of sensors operable to measure a plurality of fermentation system parameters, a plurality of mechanisms operable to control the fermentation system parameters, and a controller in electronic communication with the sensors and with the mechanisms. The controller includes a memory, a receiver circuit, a transmitting circuit, and a control circuit. The memory stores a plurality of recipes each defining user operating instructions and parameter settings. The receiver circuit is configured to receive a batch identification code associated in the memory with one of the recipes. The transmitting circuit is configured to communicate the user operating instructions defined by the associated one of the recipes. The control circuit is configured to operate the mechanisms to adjust the fermentation system parameters in accordance with the parameter settings defined by the associated one of the recipes.
