A user copy of the user profile is stored in the memory of the user computer. A user profile synchronization component synchronizes the user copy of the user profile with a backup copy of the user profile at the remote storage device. A user profile download component allows a user to selectively download the backup copy of the user profile from the remote storage device.

摘要： Disclosed are methods, devices, and systems to assess the performance of a fleet driver using a geospatial tracking device. In one embodiment, a method is disclosed comprising determining a baseline travel time of a fleet vehicle traveling a fleet route from a departure location to an arrival location; obtaining a dispatch estimated travel time of the fleet vehicle traveling the fleet route from a dispatcher; obtaining a driver estimated travel time of the fleet vehicle; determining an actual travel time of the fleet vehicle traveling the fleet route through a geospatial tracking device; and generating a driver performance score of the driver of the fleet vehicle for a duration of the fleet route based on the baseline travel time, the dispatch estimated travel time, the driver estimated travel time, and/or the actual travel time.

An example method includes determining a query used by an application that is to communicate with a database via a database driver. The query is tested on the database via the database driver. Such testing includes storing a query template when a received result of the query matches an expected result of the query. A database access framework is generated to interface between the application and the database driver based on the stored query template.

The halogen lamp 22 includes a filament 28 and a pair of electrical connectors 30 encapsulated in an envelope 26 having a pinch seal end 34. The ceramic heat sink monolith 24 includes a block 38 and an array of spaced apart posts 40 projecting outwardly from the block 38. The block 38 includes a cavity 42 that has a recessed inner surface 44 shaped to mate with the pinch seal end 34 of the lamp 22 and an opening that allows the electrical connectors 30 of the halogen lamp 22 to pass through.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel class of sulfonamides which are aspartyl protease inhibitors. In one embodiment, this invention relates to a novel class of HIV aspartyl protease inhibitors characterized by specific structural and physicochemical features. This invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds. The compounds and pharmaceutical compositions of this invention are particularly well suited for inhibiting HIV-1 and HIV-2 protease activity and consequently, may be advantageously used as anti-viral agents against the HIV-1 and HIV-2 viruses. This invention also relates to methods For inhibiting the activity of HIV aspartyl protease using the compounds of this invention and methods for screening compounds for anti-HIV activity.

摘要： The present invention provides compounds of formula I: where R1 is H, CONH2, T(n)—R, or T(n)—Ar2, n may be zero or one, and G, XYZ, and Q are as described below. These compounds are inhibitors of protein kinase, particularly inhibitors of JNK, a mammalian protein kinase involved cell proliferation, cell death and response to extracellular stimuli. The invention also relates to methods for producing these inhibitors. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the inhibitors of the invention and methods of utilizing those compositions in the treatment and prevention of various disorders.
