Abstract:
A gate electrode of each MISFET is formed on a substrate in an active region whose periphery is defined by an element isolation trench, and crosses the active region so as to extend from one end thereof to the other end thereof. The gate electrode has a gate length in a boundary region defined between the active region and the element isolation trench which is greater than a gate length in a central portion of the active region. The gate electrode is configured in an H-type flat pattern. Further, the gate electrode covers the whole of one side extending along a gate-length direction, of the boundary region defined between the active region L and the element isolation trench, and parts of two sides thereof extending along a gate-width direction. The MISFETs are formed in electrically separated wells and are connected in series to constitute part of a reference voltage generating circuit.
Abstract:
An electrically driven seat covering paper feeding mechanism feeds seat covering paper from a seat covering paper roll stored in a seat covering paper roll storage portion onto a toilet seat body through a seat covering paper feed path. A seat covering paper cutting mechanism cuts the seat covering paper fed to the surface of the toilet seat body at the rear edge portion of the paper. A control unit operates the electrically driven seat covering paper feeding mechanism by predetermined control signals sequentially output therefrom to control the feeding of the seat covering paper. A battery supplies electricity to the seat covering paper feeding mechanism and the control unit.
Abstract:
A static random access memory device is provided with an internal activation signal generator and circuit means for overriding application of the internal activation signals to the memory circuit under predetermined circumstances. In normal read/write operation modes, word lines and a sense amplifier are activated only during a predetermined period in response to the internal activation signals in order to reduce power consumption. On the other hand, in a test mode, since the circuit means detects a higher voltage level of a predetermined external terminal of the device, the internal activation signals from the pulse generator are not used to limit the operating time of the word lines and sense amplifier. Therefore, during the test mode, the word lines and the sense amplifier are activated for a longer period than during the normal read/write operation mode. Because of this, the device is able to shorten aging time which occurs in the test mode.

Abstract:
A toilet seat structure capable of automatically feeding a seat covering paper onto the toilet seat has a paper feeding mechanism and a paper cutting mechanism operated by an electronic control unit. A specified length of paper appropriate for covering the toilet seat is automatically and accurately fed and positioned on the toilet seat. After use, the seat covering paper can automatically be cut off. For lavatories at public sites in particular, since the user can operate the apparatus to paper feed from a functional casing to provide a new seat covering paper on the toilet seat for each use, the user can be assured of a clean toilet seat. Also, since the seat covering paper is held immovably on the toilet seat, the use of the paper-covered toilet is made easier.
Abstract:
A toilet seat structure capable of automatically feeding a seat covering paper onto a toilet seat substantially comprises a seat covering paper roll disposed at the rear end of a toilet seat body, a seat covering paper feeding mechanism which is provided with a press plate, a seat covering paper tearing mechanism, a control unit for controlling the seat covering paper feeding mechanism and the seat covering paper tearing mechanism and tension applying means for applying tension to the seat covering paper, wherein the seat covering paper which is subjected to tension is cut by applying a pressure thereto by means of the press plate. Due to such construction, the tearing edge of the press plate can be formed in a round shape so that wear of the cutting edge which is generated through the tearing operation can be miminized whereby maintenance or repairing can be also minimized.
Abstract:
A washing device for parts of human body being such as anus or private part of female is disclosed. Such washing device is substantially characterized in that the heated-water supply source and the cold-water supply source which are connected with a heated-and-cold-water mixing valve respectively are both installed outside of a toilet chamber or a bathroom and a mixed-water ejecting nozzle is connected to a downstream end of a mixed-water supply passage which has an upper end thereof connected to an outlet opening of the heated-and-cold-water mixing valve. Due to such construction, the washing deivce can extremely improve the heating efficiency so as to enable the considerable energy saving and can unnecessitate the installation of the heat exchangers in the washing device so as to make full use of a narrow space of a toilet chamber or a bathroom.

A toilet seat structure capable of automatically feeding a seat covering paper onto the toilet seat is disclosed. Since the sheet paper feeding mechanism and a paper cutting mechanism operated by an electronic control unit. A specified length of paper appropriate for covering the toilet seat is automatically and accurately fed and positioned on the toilet seat. After use, the seat covering paper can automatically be cut off. For lavatories at public sites in particular, since the user can operate the apparatus to feed the paper from a functional casing to provide a new seat covering paper on the toilet seat for each use, the user can be assured of a clean toilet seat. Also, since the seat covering paper is held immovable on the toilet seat, the use of the paper covered toilet is made easier.
