摘要: An object of the present invention is to effectively remove extraneous matter adhering to turbine blades without disassembling equipment. A turbine in accordance with the present invention is provided with a pressure gage for detecting the pressure in a steam chamber between a stator blade and a moving blade. In a casing on the upstream side of the stator blade in a duct, a nozzle connected to a high-pressure water generator via a valve is installed. Similarly, in the stator blade, an introduction pipe which is connected to the high-pressure water generator via a valve is provided. The introduction pipe is connected with a nozzle in which many injection ports capable of causing water to flow onto both surfaces of the profile of the stator blade are formed. When extraneous matter adheres to the turbine blades, a control unit detects a rise in pressure via the pressure gage, whereby the control unit opens the valves to remove extraneous matter by means of high-pressure water.

The coating layer includes a spray layer on the base material of the moving blades and a fluorocarbon resin layer on the spray layer. The spray layer is porous. The fluorocarbon resin layer is made of fluorocarbon resin. The fluorocarbon resin layer also contains an inorganic substance that is exposed on the surface of the fluorocarbon resin layer.

摘要: The present invention provides parts of a rotation machine, which effectively prevent particulates, such as silica, iron oxide, and other particles, contained in a gas to adhere, in the rotating machines, which treat with the gases containing the particulates. An intermediated metal-plated film 11 and the plated film 12 containing the fluorocarbon polymer particles provided on the intermediate metal-plated film 11 are deposited on the surfaces of moving blades 23 used in a steam turbine. The plated film 12 containing the fluorocarbon polymer particles includes fluorocarbon polymer particles 13P made of any of Ni-based metals and a plated matrix 13M, and some of the fluorocarbon polymer particles 13P are exposed from the surfaces of the plated matrix 13M.

摘要: Predetermined multiple points of the front passenger seat and its periphery are irradiated with spot beams, caught with a camera, and distances are measured based on the irradiation position of the spot beams. Conversely, the characteristics for each status of use of the seat such as the shapes of the contour of the seat or the contour of a child seat are detected from the picture information caught with the camera. The status of use of the seat is decided based the characteristics for each status of use and the distance information that was previously measured. Based on this decision, the operation of a passive safety device such as an air bag device is controlled.

摘要: A tilting pad type bearing device prevents the temperature elevation of the tilting pads, and heat sticking, and generation of unstable vibration concomitant with temperature elevation, and effectively utilizes lubricant oil to ensure a stable high performance. The tilting pad type bearing device is used for supporting a shaft through a plurality of tilting pads (2a to 2e) angularly movably supported at pins (3a to 3e) fixed to an inner circumference of a housing. An outer circumferential surface of each of the tilting pads (2a to 2e) and/or an inner circumferential surface of said housing (6) confronting the outer circumferential surface has a plurality of grooves (14a, 14b) in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of small diameter orifices (11a, 11b) for jetting lubricant oil directly to the grooves or the outer circumferential surface are arranged in said housing (6) or in oil supply pieces (4a to 4c) disposed between the adjacent tilting pads (2a to 2 e) in the circumferential direction.
