Abstract:
To provide an article management system capable of managing part configuration information, registration information of owners and the like, and detailed history information related to articles and capable of utilizing the information for further various purposes. In addition, to provide an IC (RFID) capable of transmitting not only product information previously given from the outside but also information indicating the current state of a product itself.
Abstract:
To provide an IC tag mounting structure in which the probability is reduced that the IC tag mounted on a vehicle is replaced for repair or maintenance. The IC tag is mounted to any one of main functional components and internal components of an engine of the vehicle, air-inlet system components, brake system components, rear wheel suspension system components, and a storage box that can be locked.
Abstract:
An end of a hollow member is connected to an air valve for introducing air into a tire. A detecting and transmitting unit for detecting an air pressure in the tire and transmitting pressure information out of the detecting and transmitting unit is connected to an opposite end of the hollow member. A detecting and transmitting unit is mounted on a hub of a wheel portion. The positioning of the detecting and transmitting unit minimizes any deviation from the dynamic balancing of the wheel. Consequently, the air pressure detecting device for a wheel can be subsequently installed on the vehicle.
Abstract:
To provide a shock absorber that can effectively absorb a large amount of energy generated in case of a collision. A lattice body of synthetic resin is formed by reducing the thickness of a plurality of plate ribs gradually from the proximal ends to the distal ends and disposing the plate ribs intersecting with each other. The lattice bodies are arranged in a stack such that the direction of the plate ribs extending from the proximal ends toward the distal ends is oriented in an impact direction.
Abstract:
A rim drop section dented in a shape of a ring is provided on an inner side of a bead seat section of a rim for holding a bead section of a tire. Furthermore, a recessed section is provided on this rim drop section, and a detecting device main body of a tire air pressure detecting device is accommodated in this recessed section. When a tire is assembled on a cast wheel by utilizing a tire changer or the like, or when the tire is removed from the cast wheel, the bead sections of the tire are prevented from interfering with an air pressure sensor, and damaging of the air pressure sensor is prevented.
Abstract:
To provide a shock absorber for a two-wheeled vehicle that can effectively absorb a large amount of energy generated in case of a collision, and can be mounted easily on the two-wheeled vehicle. A lattice body of synthetic resin is formed by reducing the thickness of a plurality of plate ribs gradually from the proximal ends to the distal ends and disposing the plate ribs intersecting with each other. The lattice bodies are arranged in a stack such that the direction of the plate ribs extending from the proximal ends toward the distal ends is oriented along the fore-and-aft direction of the two-wheeled vehicle. The shock absorber is mountable at the front end of the two-wheeled vehicle.
Abstract:
A tire air pressure detecting apparatus has an tire air pressure detecting mechanism for detecting the air pressure of a tire of a motorcycle, and a second control mechanism for comparing an actual air pressure detected by the tire air pressure detecting mechanism with a stored air pressure threshold, and controlling an engine output when the actual air pressure becomes lower than said air pressure threshold. Since the air pressure detecting apparatus comprises a small number of constituent elements including the tire air pressure detecting mechanism and the second control mechanism for reducing an engine output under certain conditions, the tire air pressure detecting apparatus can easily be reduced in size and cost.
Abstract:
A tube or tubeless tire, which can be punctured and still allow a vehicle to continue running, includes a plurality of spherical members formed of foamed rubber or foamed urethane. The spherical members are contained inside an air chamber of the tire and occupy 50% to 80% of the volume of the air chamber of an inflated tire.
Abstract:
A pair of right and left main pipes and or a pair of right and left down tubes, or a main pipe and a down tube are formed of one piece of continuous pipe material with its intermediate portion warped. The head pipe has a supporting surface portion corresponding to the surface of the aforementioned warped intermediate portion. This supporting surface portion is integrally cast together with a tubular main body portion of the headpipe. The warped intermediate portion of the pipe material is fixed to the supporting surface portion of the head pipe by welding. According to the present invention, the constructions and shapes of the welded portions are simplified. Thus, the invention is best suited to robot welding in order to improve productivity. Also, the head pipe is formed at its front surface or its both sides of its tubular main body portion with an opening in order to reduce the weight.
Abstract:
To provide a vehicle in which information regarding RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is easily read and written by attaching a tag at a position where electromagnetic waves can be received. A vehicle includes a tag mounted thereon. The tag includes a recording medium in which identification information for identifying the vehicle is registered. The tag is attached inside a resin member. In particularly, the tag is attached inside a vehicle seat composed of a resin member. Furthermore, a tag can be attached as described above in a saddle-type vehicle.
