When the tube is pierced, the sealant repairs a pierced hole to prevent the puncture. In a tube whose internal space is partitioned by a partition wall to formed an air chamber filled with air and a sealant chamber filled with a sealant, the ratio R (R=B/A) of the length B of an outer circumference of the tube accommodated in the tire and expanded by filling of air to the length A of an outer circumference of the tube in an unexpanded is set in a range of 100% to 110%. Thus, the tension of the partition wall at the time when the tube has been expanded is suppressed to a small extent. Even if the partition wall of the tube gets a punctured wound, the partition wall having only a small tension applied thereto has a weak tendency to be intended to be contracted toward the air chamber. Therefore, little, if any, of the air in the air chamber flows into the sealant chamber and thus, a reduction in sealing performance of the sealant due to the mixture with the air is prevented.

A tubeless pneumatic tire is provided which can sufficiently prevent air leakage from a puncture hole formed through a tread portion of the tire by a nail or the like, while ensuring a desired cushioning performance of the tire during normal operation. The tubeless pneumatic tire includes an annular tread portion, and a pair of sidewall portions extending radially inwardly from laterally opposite sides of the tread portion. An intermediate liner is provided inside of the tread portion, along with a first release sheet on the outer surface of the intermediate liner, and a second release sheet on the inner surface of the intermediate liner. A sealing chamber, for encapsulating a puncture sealant, is further provided inside of the intermediate liner. The puncture sealant may include both fibers and particles, to enhance sealing of the puncture hole.

Since the barrier film and the low-resistance film have copper as the main component, they can be patterned at a time. Since the low-resistance film has a resistance lower than that of the barrier film, the resistance of the entire wiring film is reduced. Since the barrier layer has high adhesion to glass and silicon, the entire wiring film has high adhesion.

An electroconductive film having high adhesion and a low resistivity is formed. An electroconductive film composed mainly of copper and containing an addition metal such as Ti is formed by sputtering a target composed mainly of copper in a vacuum atmosphere into which a nitriding gas is introduced. Such an electroconductive film has high adhesion to a silicon layer and a substrate, and is hardly peeled from the substrate. Further, since the electroconductive film has a low resistivity and a low contact resistance to a transparent electroconductive film, the electric characteristics do not degrade even when it is used as an electrode film. The electroconductive film formed by the present invention is suitable particularly as a barrier film for an electrode of a TFT or a semiconductor element.
