摘要: A semiconductor package includes a print circuit part, a lower chip, an upper chip, a thermal conductivity part, and an encapsulation resin. The lower chip and the upper chip are mounted on the print circuit part through wire bonding connection. The thermal conductivity part efficiently dissipates heat from the chips to the outside of the package. The encapsulation resin entirely seals the package while exposing the thermal conductivity part. A adhesive sheet is hardened to form a bonding layer between the thermal conductivity part and the upper chip, a bonding layer between the semiconductor chips, and a bonding layer between the semiconductor chip and the wired component. The configuration contributes to miniaturization, high integration, and heat resistance reduction of a semiconductor package using high-heat-generating ICs.

摘要: The present invention provides a disk storage system with a low error rate, which is suitable for reduction in size. The other end of the signal line, which is connected with a read head at one end, is connected with a head bias circuit to apply a sense current to the read head and a pair of first and second capacitance elements for allowing the read signal element formed by the read head to pass, a loop is provided for amplifying the read signal obtained through the first and second capacitance elements by supplying the read signal to an input terminal of a differential amplifying circuit and for converting the amplified signal into the current by transconductance and providing a positive feedback of the amplified signal to the input terminal of the differential amplifying circuit.

摘要: A magnetic head driving circuit includes a main driving circuit symmetrical with respect to a centered recording coil, and at least two pairs of adding circuits, each pair including a positive pulse adding circuit and a negative pulse superposed circuit symmetrical with respect to the centered coil. And, by reversing the direction of the magnetic head coil current, at least one of the adding circuits is made to operate and make it as a magnetic head driving circuit for adding a potential equal to or higher than the power supply, thereby to drive as a sub-driving circuit arranged symmetrically with respect to the centered coil, which promotes the reversal of the magnetic head coil current, and which drives stably with a central potential of the coil at about the disk potential.

摘要: A transverse fan in which a plurality of blades are disposed between disk- or ring-shaped end plates in a circumferential arrangement at fixed mounting pitches in a ring-shaped configuration. Partitions plates are disposed at intermediate portions in the longitudinal direction of the blades such that each of the blades is inclined at fixed angles with respect to a fan axis and mounted at unequal pitches. The transverse fan includes a plurality of multi-bladed impeller units disposed between the disk-shaped end plates. Each of the multi-bladed impeller units has one disk-shaped partition plate having one surface on which a plurality of blades are integrally disposed along a circumferential direction thereof at unequal pitches and inclined at predetermined angles so as to extend along the axial direction of the transverse fan. A plurality of the multi-bladed impeller units are integrally stacked coaxially with each other to form the transverse-fan. The multi-bladed impeller units are integrally stacked one by one in an arrangement such that the units are displaced at predetermined angles with respect to each other around the fan axis.

摘要: An air conditioning machine has a unit main body having an inlet port and an outlet port. The unit main body includes a cross flow fan, having a circular cross section, for introducing indoor air into the unit main body through the inlet port and blowing the air into the room. A heat exchanger is arranged on an indoor air introducing side of the cross flow fan and bent at a portion along a longitudinal direction of the heat exchanger at an acute angle. The heat exchanger has a front side heat exchanger located on a front side of the air conditioning machine and curved along the circular cross section of the cross flow fan and a rear side heat exchanger located on a rear side thereof.

摘要: A driver circuit transmits a signal generated by a signal level generation circuit to a circuit to be measured by transmitting the signal to a output buffer circuit via a circuit (prebuffer circuit) that drives the output buffer circuit and causing the output buffer circuit to drive a transmission line. The driver circuit includes the prebuffer circuit and a replica buffer circuit formed by imitating the prebuffer circuit. The prebuffer circuit and the replica buffer circuit are disposed in parallel. The driver circuit temporarily increases input bias current to be supplied to output-stage transistors of the output buffer circuit on the basis of output current of the replica buffer circuit during transition of an input or output signal.
