    摘要: Disclosed is a process for production of a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheet, which is superior in productivity compared to conventional processes and can reduce the cost of production. Also disclosed is a process for production of a PTFE seal tape. The processes comprise the following steps (i) to (iii): (i) applying a force to a PTFE particle suspension comprising PTFE particles, a surfactant and water (a dispersion medium) so that the particles can come close to each other or contact with each other, thereby forming a PTFE-containing solid material having the water and the surfactant included therein; (ii) shaping the solid material into a sheet-like form; and (iii) reducing the water content in the sheet-like solid material.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) product offering better productivity and a higher degree of flexibility in form of the product to be obtained than the conventional methods of manufacturing a PTFE product, and a method of manufacturing PTFE particle aggregate obtained as an intermediate while manufacturing a PTFE product. According to the manufacturing methods, aggregate of PTFE particles including water and a surfactant is obtained by applying force to a dispersion of PTFE particles containing PTFE particles, a surfactant and water as a dispersion medium, where the force makes the PTFE particles approach or contact with each other. Such a manufacturing method may be carried out, for example, with a chamber (1) shown in FIG. 1.

    摘要: A colored resin composition for water pipes which comprises (A) a polyethylene resin and (B) specific amounts of (i) a cobalt blue pigment, (ii) at least one selected from phthalocyanine pigments having no metals and metal phthalocyanine pigments having no chlorine atoms or one chlorine atom in a molecule, (iii) a dioxazine pigment and (iv) a titanium dioxide pigment and a colored water pipe which comprises the colored polyethylene resin composition and has a color tone within a specific color solid expressed by the values of the Munsell standard color table before and after the test of resistance to chlorine water for 500 hours. The composition and the water pipe are colored in a bluish color and exhibits an excellent hiding property, excellent fastness of the color tone of the coloring component to water containing chlorine and an excellent property for preventing formation of blisters in water containing chlorine.

The transparent electrode (3) has openings (31) at positions corresponding respectively to the through holes (21). The through holes (21) of the resin film (2) and the openings (31) of the transparent electrode (3) communicate with each other, and thereby form passages (10) penetrating the porous electrode sheet (1) in the thickness direction.
