    摘要: A bearing structure with a low coefficient of friction and a distinguished wear resistance is obtained by coating a shaft with a resin composition comprising PAI and 5 to 50% by weight of PTFE, based on total resin composition and/or coating a bearing with a resin composition comprising PEEK and not more than 50% by weight of PTFE, based on total resin composition. By adding potassium titanate whiskers or a lead compound to the bearing resin composition, more improved coefficient of friction and wear resistance are obtained.

    摘要: Disclosed is a sliding bearing in which a heat emission property of the sliding bearing is improved without affecting the original function of an overlay layer. An overlay layer is formed on a higher load-side bearing half, and extends circumferentially from a central portion thereof toward each of opposite ends thereof. Any overlay layer is not formed on a lower load-side bearing half, so that a bearing alloy remains exposed to the surface of this bearing half.

    摘要: Bush 1 comprises back metal layer 2 made from a steel plate and porous sintered metal layer 4 made from copper, provided on the surface of back metal layer 2 through copper plating layer 3 and impregnated and coated with sliding material 5 within and on the surface of porous sintered metal layer 4, where sliding material 5 comprises PTFE as the main component (not less than 50 vol. % of the entire material), 3-40 vol. % of Bi particles and/or Bi alloy particles, 1-40 vol. % of injection moldable fluororesin such as PFA, etc., 0.1-20 vol. % of hard particles such a W, Al2O3, etc., and 0.1-20 vol. % of a solid lubricant such as graphite, etc. The sliding material based on PTFE as the main component is free from lead and can further improve the wear resistance, while maintaining good sliding characteristics.

    摘要: Disclosed is a composite sliding material consisting of a back metal, a porous alloy layer which is formed on the surface of the back metal by sintering a copper alloy powder, and a resin layer which is formed so as to impregnate into and cover the porous alloy layer. The alloy layer consists of sintered copper alloy particles and has a thickness of superimposed plural particles. The copper alloy powder has an average particle size of 25 to 100 &mgr;m so that the composite sliding material has smallersliding-contact resistance.
