    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing a coated substrate by coating the substrate with an aqueous dispersion, which may be physically cured to form a light stable, elastic coating, containingA) a polyol component containingA1) 20 to 60 wt. %, based on the resin solids content of polyol component A), of a polyester resin containing 10 to 60 wt. %, based on the weight of the polyester resin, of one or more aliphatic, saturated or unsaturated monocarboxylic acids having 8 to 30 carbon atoms, and 0.4 to 5 wt. %, based on the weight of the polyester resin, of one or more radically polymerizable .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated mono- or di-carboxylic acids having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, or their anhydrides, andA2) 40 to 80 wt. %, based on the resin solids content of polyol component A), of a polyacrylate, which is prepared in the presence of component A1), andB) 1 to 70 wt. %, based on the resin solids content of the aqueous dispersion, of one or more blocked polyisocyanates,and physically curing the dispersion to form a coating.

    摘要: The present invention relates to light fast, aqueous, strippable coating compositions containing A) 40 to 90 wt. %, based on resin solids of A) and B), of aqueous polyurethane-polyureas and B) 10 to 60 wt. %, based on resin solids of A) and B), of polymers prepared from radically polymerizable monomers,wherein the percentages of A) and B) add up to 100, based on the weight of resin solids of A) and B). The present invention relates also to substrates coated with these strippable coating compositions. In addition, the present invention relates to the use of the stripped coatings as recycled material by mechanically comminuting the stripped coatings, optionally after cleaning, and then either pressing them in heatable presses to form sheets, or extruding them in an extruder to form endless thermoplastic threads, and then processing the resulting threads by known granulating methods to form cylindrical, spherical, lenticular or rhombic granules. Finally, the present invention relates to the use of the resulting thermoplastic granules for the production of articles by known processes such as injection molding, blow molding, deep-drawing, slush molding or flat extrusion.

    摘要: The present invention relates to aqueous coating compositions containing A) at least one aqueous emulsion polymer, B) one or more polymer dispersions as a dispersion medium, C) at least one pigment, D) optionally a neutralizing agent and E) optionally a coatings additive. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing these aqueous coating compositions by preparing a dispersion paste by mixing components B), C) and D) with some of component E) and then component A) and the remainder of component E) are homogeneously blended with the dispersion paste. The present invention further relates to peelable coatings prepared from these coating compositions for the temporary protection of surfaces.

    摘要: Solvent-containing formulations including NCO-containing prepolymers based on TDI isocyanurate polyisocyanates and diphenylmethane diisocyanates where some prepolymers are prepared using a polyetherdiol containing ethylene oxide blocks and having an ethylene oxide content of from 2 to 18% by weight, based on all the alkylene oxide units. The formulation have an NCO content of 1% to 7% by weight, a solids content of 20% to 70% by weight, a monomeric TDI content of less than 0.2% by weight and a monomeric methylenediphenyl diisocyanate content of less than 2% by weight. The solvent-containing formulations can be prepared in organic solvents by reacting at least one of A) a TDI component comprising TDI isocyanurate polyisocyanates and B) an MDI component comprising diphenylmethane diisocyanates with C) a polyetherdiol. The solvent-containing formulations can be used in moisture-curing coating compositions, adhesive bonds and/or seals with substrates.
