    摘要: In an addition-amount controller for an exhaust gas purifying agent to be used for an exhaust emission control system of an engine, one mode is executed based on satisfaction of an execution condition for each mode, from among a plurality of control modes. The control modes includes a purification control mode in which an addition amount of NH3 or an additive serving as a generating source of the NH3 is determined according to a predetermined parameter associated with an amount of NOx in the exhaust gas, and a storage control mode in which the addition amount is set to be larger than that in the purification control mode. When a load on an output shaft of the engine is higher than an allowable level, the execution condition of the storage control mode is determined to be satisfied.

    摘要: A control device performs fuel injection without cranking when engine-speed Ne is within a first-range (Ne>N1) and an engine-restart request occurs. The device performs the cranking after the synchronization in rotation-speed between pinion and ring gears, and the gear meshing operation between them when the engine-speed Ne is within a second range (N1≧Ne>N2) and the engine-restart request occurs. The device performs the cranking after the gear meshing operation and drives a starter to rotate the pinion gear when the engine-speed Ne is within a third-range (N3≧Ne) and the above request occurs. When the above request occurs in an engine restart ready-range (N2≧Ne>N3), the control device performs the cranking after the engine-speed Ne is decreased to a value within the third-range (N3≧Ne) and after the completion of the gear meshing operation.

    摘要: In a system, an actuator is linked to a valve rotatably installed in a passage through which gas flows. The actuator changes torque to be applied to the valve so as to adjust a rotational position of the valve based on a deviation between a current position and a target position. In the system, a first storing unit stores therein a first threshold. The first threshold is defined in a variation range within which a torque parameter is variable depending on change in the torque to be applied to the valve. The first threshold allows whether there is a possibility that an operation of the actuator is unstable. If the torque parameter substantially shifts either to or through the first threshold in the variation range, a restricting unit restricts variation in the torque parameter with the gas-flow being substantially kept through the passage.
