摘要: The present invention relates to a copolymer (A) having a glass transition temperature Tg of at least −30° C. obtainable by copolymerization of a mixture of olefinically unsaturated monomers (a) in at least one organic solvent and in the presence of at least one initiator, where the mixture of monomers (a) to be polymerized comprises (a1) 10 to 60 mol % of at least one monomer of the formula (I) below where R1=C1 to C4 alkoxy, R2=C1 to C4 alkyl, and m=0 to 2, and (a2) 40 to 90 mol % of at least one olefinically unsaturated monomer selected from the group consisting of monomers of the formulae H2C═CH2—(C═O)—O—Rx, H2C═CH(CH3)—(C═O)—O—Rx, and H2C═CH2—O—(C═O)—Rx, where Rx is an alkyl radical having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and where the sum total of the molar fractions of the monomers (a1) and (a2), based on the total molar amount of monomers (a) used, is at least 90 mol %, and where the copolymerization is carried out at a temperature from 60 to 200° C. and at a pressure of at least 2 bar.

摘要: The present invention relates to a solventborne primer surfacer which comprises at least one additive preparable by reacting at least one alpha,omega-hydroxy-functionalized oligoester which possesses an OH number of 30 to 160 mg KOH/g, a theoretical carbon-carbon double bond content of 1 to 2.5 mmol/g, a number-average molecular weight of 1000 to 3000 g/mol, and a weight-average molecular weight of 2800 to 10 000 g/mol, and at least one alkoxysilane which possesses an OH-reactive functional group, the sum of the weight percentage fractions of all additives of the invention being 0.5 to 10 wt %, based on the total amount of the solventborne primer surfacer. The present invention further relates to a process for producing multicoat paint systems, and to multicoat paint systems producible by means of said process. The invention further relates to the use of the additive identified above in solventborne primer surfacers for improving adhesion.

摘要: A method is disclosed for producing a multicoat paint system on a metallic substrate by producing a basecoat or a plurality of directly successive basecoats directly on a metallic substrate coated with a cured electrocoat system, producing a clearcoat directly on the one or the topmost of the plurality of basecoats, and subsequently jointly curing the one or the plurality of basecoats and the clearcoat. At least one basecoat material used for producing the basecoats includes at least one predispersed mixture including at least one polyamide having an acid number of less than 20 mg KOH/g, at least one polymeric resin different from the polyamide, and also water and at least one organic solvent.
