The touch panel comprises a plurality of touch sensing electrodes and a plurality of touch driving electrodes, wherein the touch sensing electrodes and the touch driving electrodes are arranged along different directions on different planes, with an insulating layer provided where the two cross over; and a plurality of dummy electrodes are formed on a plane where the touch sensing electrodes and/or the touch driving electrodes are located, so that electrodes on a same plane are distributed uniformly. The touch panel provided by the present invention can improve uniformity of a display frame, thereby improving a quality of the display frame of the display device.

The display substrate includes a base substrate, a color filter layer, a touch electrode layer and a bridging layer.
