Thus, when user equipment approaches a network covered by a first base station, a second base station may know a relationship between the user equipment and the coverage area of the first base station, so as to perform a network handover for the user equipment or establish a wireless connection between the user equipment and the first base station. The embodiments of the present invention further provide a corresponding base station.
