摘要: A battery may include: a battery cell, where a pressure relief structure may be provided on a first wall of the battery cell; a fire-extinguishing pipeline to accommodate a fire-extinguishing medium, and the fire-extinguishing pipeline may be configured to discharge the fire-extinguishing medium during actuation of the pressure relief structure; a first fastener, where the first fastener may be fastened to a surface of the first wall of the battery cell away from the interior of the battery cell, and the first fastener may be provided with a first limiting portion; and a second fastener, where the second fastener may be provided on a side of the first fastener away from the battery cell, the second fastener may be provided with a second limiting portion, and the second limiting portion may cooperate with the first limiting portion to fasten the fire-extinguishing pipeline between the first fastener and the second fastener.

摘要: Provided are a battery, a power consumption device, a method for producing a battery, and a device. The battery includes: a plurality of battery cells arranged along a first direction and a thermal management component extending along the first direction and being connected to a first wall of each battery cell among the plurality of battery cells, the thermal management component including a pair of heat conducting plates that are oppositely arranged along a second direction and a flow passage located between the pair of heat conducting plates, the flow passage being configured to accommodate a fluid to adjust temperatures of the battery cell, and the second direction being vertical to the first wall, where in the second direction, a thickness D of the heat conducting plate and a size H of the flow passage satisfy: 0.01≤D/H≤25. Technical solutions of embodiments of the present application could enhance performance of batteries.

The third and first limiting parts match each other to fix the fire-fighting pipeline between the first and second fixing members. The fourth and second limiting parts match each other to limit the second fixing member in an extending direction of the fire-fighting pipeline.

摘要: An embodiment of the present application provides a battery pack and a device. The battery pack includes a battery module, a heat exchange member, a flow guide piece and a heat-conducting connecting piece. The battery module includes a plurality of batteries. Each battery is provided with an explosion-proof valve. The heat exchange member includes a heat exchange plate. The heat exchange plate is connected to the plurality of batteries through the heat-conducting connecting piece, and the heat exchange plate at least partially covers each explosion-proof valve. The flow guide piece is arranged between the plurality of batteries and the heat exchange plate, the flow guide piece is provided with a positioning hole penetrating in a height direction of the battery pack, and the positioning hole exposes the corresponding explosion-proof valve. The flow guide piece separates the corresponding explosion-proof valve from the heat-conducting connecting piece.

摘要: A thermal management device and a battery pack are provided. The thermal management device applied in a battery pack. The battery pack includes a case and a plurality of cells received in the case. The thermal management device includes: a thermal management loop attached to each cell and at least partially covering a part of a vent of each cell; a heat exchange member communicating with the thermal management loop; and a power component connected between the thermal management loop and the heat exchange member. A heat exchange medium with a fire-extinguishing function is provided within the thermal management loop. The thermal management loop is broken in a condition where at least one cell is subjected to thermal runaway such that the heat exchange medium flows into an explosion-proof port of the at least one cell.
