    摘要: A durable on-column tunneled frit was developed for use in nanoflow UPLC systems. The frit was tunneled during sol-gel reaction. The tunneled-frit fabrication process is easy and reproducible in terms of back pressure and durability. This design creates low backpressure with high liquid flow, which is suitable for the nanoflowUPLC application. A short packing (2 cm C18 particle) tunneled-frit column was demonstrated to sustain 10,000 psi continuous liquid flow for over one week without any particle leakage or pressure instability. The tunneled-frit was also successfully applied to the fabrication of nanoUPLC trapping and analytical column system. It was demonstrated to have high separation efficiency and sensitivity for the analysis of tryptic peptides as well as improved detection sensitivity for phosphopeptide analysis.

    摘要: A parking assistance system (PAS) comprising an image capture device, a display device and an image analysis device is provided, wherein the image capture device captures a rear parking image of a car and the image analysis device analyses the parking image to determine an initial line, two side lines and an auxiliary line in the parking image. The image analysis device determines a first reference point according to a specific position on the car, a second reference point according to an interval of the initial line between the two side lines, a third reference point according to an interval of the auxiliary line between the two side lines and a recommended parking path according to these reference points, and transmits the parking image and the recommended parking path to the display device, such that the parking image and the recommended parking path are superimposed to be displayed on the display.

    摘要: A heat sink assembly is provided. The heat sink assembly comprises a heat sink and a clip. The heat sink comprises a heat-dissipating baseboard and a plurality of heat-dissipating plates. The heat-dissipating baseboard is adapted to a heating element. The heat-dissipating plates are formed perpendicularly on the heat-dissipating baseboard and parallel to each other. The clip comprises a central portion, two winding portions and two locking portions. The central portion is placed in a containing space between two of the heat-dissipating plates and is riveted on the heat-dissipating baseboard. The length of the central portion is substantially the same as the length of the heating element. The winding portions are connected to the two ends of the central portion respectively and aren't contacted to the heat-dissipating baseboard. The locking portions are formed substantially perpendicularly on the two winding portions and each has a hook stretching out in opposite directions.
