    摘要: A process is disclosed for the highly selective skeletal isomerization of linear olefin-containing organic feeds to iso-olefins at high levels of feed conversion wherein linear olefins, e.g., n-butenes, are contacted with catalyst comprising ZSM-35 under skeletal isomerization conditions which can include temperatures of 100 to 750.degree. C. The process uses a catalyst composition comprising ZSM-35, e.g., microcrystalline ZSM-35 having a crystal size whose largest dimension is no greater than 0.5 micron and whose ratio of its second largest dimension to said largest dimension ranges from 0.5 to 1. The process exhibits enhanced catalyst cycle life where the ZSM-35 is composited with a silica-containing matrix to provide a catalyst composite having a total pore volume greater than 0.6 cc/g or 300.sup.+ angstroms pore volume of greater than 0.1 cc/g.

    摘要: This invention provides a process for upgrading hydrocarbon feedstock comprising the steps of:(i) recovering a C.sub.4 -rich aliphatic stream from a catalytic cracking process;(ii contacting said C.sub.4 -rich aliphatic stream with an isomerization catalyst comprising a zeolite sorbing 30 to 55 mg n-hexane at 90.degree.     摘要: There is provided a process for ring opening of aromatics and cycloaliphatics, as well as isomerization of aliphatics. The feedstream to this process comprises hydrocarbons having 6 carbon atoms. The process involves the use of at least two reactors connected in series. The first reactor contains a zeolite catalyst and is operated under conditions which particularly promote ring opening. The catalyst in this first reactor may comprise zeolite Beta and platinum. A downstream reactor is operated under conditions to promote isomerization of aliphatics. The catalyst in the second reactor may comprise alumina, platinum and a chloride component.
