摘要： Image data is divided into blocks, each block has M×N pixels, the number of colors of each block undergoes reduction from M×N to each number of one to (M×N−1). Differences are acquired between pixel values for each block after color reduction, and pixel values for each block before first color reduction. A first table in which thresholds are associated with either the amount of data to be reduced or the amount of data to be remained, is acquired based on the acquired difference. A threshold at which the amount of data after compression drops to or below a target data amount is specified, based on the first table, and compressed data is generated based on image data after second color reduction using the specified threshold.

摘要： An image processing apparatus includes a high-resolution converting unit configured to use image data of a plurality of frames of images in which positions read by a sensor are shifted by less than one pixel in a main scanning direction and/or a sub-scanning direction to generate image data having resolution higher than resolution of the sensor, an image region information generating unit configured to generate image region information corresponding to the image data read by the sensor, and an image region information high-resolution converting unit configured to convert a format of the image region information generated by the image region information generating unit and to perform a high-resolution conversion on the image region information using the high-resolution converting unit in such a way as to cause the image region information to correspond to the image data having the resolution higher than the resolution of the sensor.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device having an insulated gate type field effect transistor. A gate insulating film, a gate electrode layer having a predetermined area and facing the semiconductor substrate with the gate insulating film being interposed therebetween, an interlayer insulating film, and a wiring layer connected to the gate electrode layer, are formed on a semiconductor substrate in the order recited. A conductive material layer and a resist layer are formed on the wiring layer. The resist layer is patterned to form a resist mask forming a wiring pattern having an antenna ratio of about ten times or more of the predetermined area of the gate electrode layer. At least the conductive material layer is plasma-etched by using the resist mask as an etching mask, and thereafter, the resist mask is removed and the wiring layer is plasma-etched.
