    摘要: According to one embodiment, a method is disclosed for manufacturing a semiconductor device. The method can include forming a base region and an emitter region in a front surface of a semiconductor layer. The method can include forming a first impurity implantation region by implanting first impurity of a first conductivity type into a back surface of the semiconductor layer. The method can include selectively forming a second impurity implantation region by selectively implanting second impurity of a second conductivity type into the first impurity implantation region. In addition, the method can include irradiating the first impurity implantation region and the second impurity implantation region with laser light. A peak of impurity concentration profile in a depth direction of at least one of the first impurity implantation region and the second impurity implantation region before irradiation with the laser light is adjusted to a depth of 0.05 μm or more and 0.3 μm or less from the back surface of the semiconductor layer.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a component-built-in wiring board capable of preventing a defect, such as a crack, resulting from stress concentration at a corner, when a component is accommodated in a housing portion of a core material with resin filler filled therebetween. The component-built-in wiring board can include a component accommodated in the housing portion of a core material, and a laminate portion in which insulating layers and conductor layers are laminated alternately on the core material. A gap between the housing portion of the core material and the component can be filled with a resin filler. In an inner circumferential portion of the housing portion of the core material a first straight chamfered portion is formed at each corner of a rectangle, and in an outer circumferential portion of the component a second straight chamfered portion is formed at each corner of a rectangle.

The artificial nipple have a base section that widens to match an attachment object; an areola section that narrows gradually; and a nipple section that extends without widening halfway up to a tip and while narrowing slightly and gradually at a diameter-narrowing rate that is smaller than the diameter-narrowing rate of the areola section. The areola section has a wall thickness greater than that of the nipple section, the nipple section has a length sufficient to reach the sucking fossa, and a wall thickness at a boundary between the areola section and the nipple section is smaller than that of the areola section but greater than that of the nipple section, as a result of which a band-like weakened section is formed along the circumference of that site.

    摘要: A composition for treating hearing loss includes components that function through different biological mechanisms to provide an additive effect that is greater than the effect of the individual components alone. The composition includes a biologically effective amount of vitamin E for inhibiting propagation of lipid peroxidation that contributes to hearing loss. The composition also includes a biologically effective amount of a salicylate for reducing hydroxyl radicals that contribute to hearing loss. A method of treating hearing loss includes the step of internally administering the composition, as described above, to a mammal within three days of trauma to a middle or inner ear of the mammal. In other words, the composition is effective even when administered as late as three days after trauma to a middle or inner ear of a mammal.
