The invention also relates to compounds additionally comprising a coupling group to the use of such compounds for labeling of biomolecules and more generally to the use of such compounds in chemiluminescence detection procedures.

The analyte can be a drug or drug derivative, hormone, polypeptide, or oligonucleotide. The present invention also provides novel compounds, assay reagents and packaged kits useful for performing such measurements.
