The present invention discloses dielectric ceramic compositions having dielectric properties suitable for high frequency bands, such as microwave and millimetric wave, and a method for manufacturing multilayered components, such as chip LC filters, chip duplexers, and dielectric filters for PCS, using the dielectric ceramic compositions. The dielectric ceramic composition not only possesses low dielectric loss, a high dielectric constant, and temperature stability, but are also capable of being sintered at low temperatures and simultaneously baked with metal electrodes, including silver, copper, silver/palladium. Therefore, the dielectric composition can be applied to temperature stable capacitors (NPO MLCC), microwave oscillators, substrates, filters, planar antenna and on the like. The dielectric composition are represented by the general formula: Ax′A1−x″By′B1−y″O4 where A′ and A″ are La, Nd, Y and Al; B′ and B″ are Nb and Ta.

Disclosed is a method for providing photochemical activity by coating a nano-layer of metallic oxide with nano-sized micropores on the particles or film of titanium dioxide (TiO2). The method for coating the nano-layer of porous oxides with hyperfine nano-sized pores on titanium dioxide (TiO2), comprising producing the solution containing metallic salts, providing the solution of metallic salts with TiO2 powder, hydrating the metallic salts and coating the hydrates on the TiO2 powder surface, and forming oxides from the hydrates coated on the TiO2 powder surface. The formed porous oxide coating layer increases the absorption capacity of water or dye molecules by increasing the specific surface area of titanium dioxide (TiO2) particles, thereby improving a photocatalyst characteristic or dye-sensitized fuel cell characteristic of TiO2.

A data transmission/reception path between a server and a mobile terminal in a heterogeneous network environment is controlled by mapping at least one actual Internet protocol (IP) address available to the mobile terminal in the heterogeneous network environment to at least one virtual IP to generate a path mapping table, and determining a data transmission/reception path between the server and the mobile terminal with reference to the generated path mapping table. This virtualization of terminal actual addresses with respect to a server improves service continuity in an efficient, low cost manner, independent of the need to modify the OS kernel in various devices.

An apparatus for mounting a stabilizer bar to a vehicle body frame is disclosed. The stabilizer bar mounting apparatus (1) of the present invention includes a rubber bushing (10), metal plates (30) and a mounting bracket (20). The rubber bushing (10) includes a main body (100), which has a holding hole (100a) for insertion of the stabilizer bar (2), and has a slit (100b) extending from an upper surface thereof to the holding hole (100a). Elastic holes (101) are formed in each of the opposite ends of the main body (100) to reduce stiffness of the main body in a rotational direction. The metal plates (30) are inserted into the main body of the rubber bushing (10) to prevent the rubber bushing from being deformed. The mounting bracket (20) includes a bushing receiving part (200) and a pair of mounting plates (201), which are provided on respective opposite edges of the bushing receiving part, so that the mounting bracket receives and fastens the rubber bushing to the vehicle body frame.
